SHOW REPORT MARY KALAL A very happy show with a great Christmas atmosphere which I thoroughly enjoyed in the good company of Margaret Mather, many thanks to Ian, Caroline and the Club for the kind invitation and excellent hospitality and I hope that the show is a great financial success. Many thanks also to Margaret for her excellent handling of the exhibits and sorting of the paperwork; we had some lovely cats and kittens to handle and I hope she enjoyed herself as much as I did and I look forward to the next time. AV FSH Grand Premier Neuter Male: 1 and IGP to McFALL GR PR PERSEPHONIES TEP (34) 12.11.05. A tense cat who preferred his pen but we managed to persuade him to come out and be judged; firm semi-cobby body with legs and paws in proportion, tail tapered and balanced; large ears with rounded tips, wide at base and high set, heart shaped face with breadth across and between his eyes, curving to a rounded muzzle, good chin and level bite, slight stop to profile, eyes large, rounded and bright green colour with a typical expression. Coat short close and of silky texture, even blue colouring tipped with silver; AV FSH Grand Premier Neuter Female: 1 and IGP to McRAE/GABB GR PR DUSHENKA XARIABELLA (16a) 5.1.08. A lovely female with an excellent expression, firm lithe body, fine legs with oval paws and long tapering tail; large narrow vertically set ears, balanced head with a flat skull, angle, slight concave curve to profile, puffed whisker pads, good chin and level bite; eyes of full almond shape and vivid emerald green colour. Excellent coat, short dense and of silky texture, even medium blue colour with a silvery sheen, excellent condition and beautifully AC Oriental Grand Champion Adult Male: IGC not awarded. 1 to HARVEY GR CH FIORDILISO CUBA (29) 26.8.08. A shy male who preferred his pen but is basically good natured; long firm body, long fine legs and fine tail to balance; large well flared ears slightly low set, medium length wedge head, almost straight profile, chin rounds off slightly, bite level; eyes a little on the small side and slightly deep set, deep green colour. Long neck; coat short and close, colour sound but darkish, excellent shine and texture; I would happily give this cat a Grand certificate but did not think he was up to this high award. AC Oriental Grand Premier Neuter Male: 1 and IGP to DYKES GR PR MAZPAHS REBEL ROY (48b) 24.6.09. A handsome male, elegant, stylish and deceptively heavy with a long firm well muscled body, long fine legs with small oval paws and long fine tail; large ears of excellent set and flare, even wedge head, almost straight profile, good chin and level bite; oriental eyes of vivid green with an excellent expression. Long neck; coat short and close, silky
texture and of excellent shine to the dark chocolate patches, brilliant white on his face, legs and under-parts; AOV SLH Champion Male: 1 and GR PR to LAMONT CH CATTITUDE ILLUSION INBLU (66a) 17.6.08. A handsome and well developed male with a firm muscular body, strong legs with large tufted paws and balanced bushy tail; ears medium and wide set, broad head, flat skull, dip in profile, full cheeks, rounded muzzle, good chin and level bite; eyes large, well set and vivid sapphire blue colour. A big strong male with a long muscular body, strong legs and large tufted paws, tail balanced and profuse; ears large, tufted, furnished but slightly wide set, medium length head with a concave curve to profile, good chin and level bite; eyes large, oblique set and hazel green colour, dark rimmed. Long neck; coat short, close and dense black; excellent shine and texture and beautifully AC Siamese/Balinese Champion Adult Female: 1 and GR CH to BROWN GR CH FISEPO THISLEWAY-AURORA (32t8) 3.12.08. A beautiful young female with a firm lithe body, long fine legs with small oval paws and fine well ringed tail to balance; large ears well set and flared, medium length even wedge head, straight profile, good chin and level bite; oriental eyes of lovely vivid blue with an excellent expression. A fine boned female with a long lithe body, long fine legs with small oval paws and fine balanced tail; large ears well set and flared, balanced wedge head with a small muzzle pinch, almost straight profile, chin rounds off slightly and bite scissored; oriental eyes of bright blue. A gorgeous young female of good weight for her age with a firm body, legs and tufted paws in proportion, tail balanced and bushy; ears medium, wide set and forward tilted, broad head, flat skull, dip and retrousse tip to profile, full cheeks, rounded muzzle, good chin and level bite; eyes large, well set and deep vivid blue colour with an excellent expression. Silky coat well developed with a very good ruff and knickerbockers, medium blue points with a clear glacial body colour, excellent condition and beautifully 3 to KINCART TUMBLERAG TWIRL (66a) 16.6.10. A gorgeous baby, strong and well developed for her age with a firm body, strong legs with tufted paws and balanced bushy tail; ears medium, wide set and forward tilted, broad head, dip and retrousse tip to profile, full cheeks, rounded muzzle, good chin and level bite; eyes large, well set and bright blue, but not quite the depth of colour of the previous two females. Coat silky and well developed with a full ruff and knickerbockers, soft pale blue points and a clear glacial body; excellent condition and presentation.
