IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS It s time for Final Fling Show, sanctioned by ADGA and sponsored by the Hunterdon County 4-H Council & Goat Council as well as some local businesses. Before the show: This show is sanctioned by ADGA. Animals for the fun and wether show do not need ADGA registration. Read the Rules and Regulations! They contain most of what you need to know. In order to show, you must have either the registration paper itself or a copy of the application stamped by the ADGA (for kids under six months of age only). Bring your registration papers and/or stamped duplicates to the show! You will not be allowed to show animals without them. Place the papers in your notebook in the same order that you entered them on the entry form. This speeds up the sign-in process. If you need to make changes to your entry, please call the show secretary as soon as you realize it. If you have changes that must be made the day of the show, come early. If you can t attend the show, call ahead, or ask another exhibitor to let the show secretary know. Don t just not show up! Scratches: Sometimes it s necessary to scratch an entry on show day. If you scratch, make sure you tell the show secretary before the class your animal is supposed to be in. On show day: Arrive before the check-in time. Purchase a program and utilize it. Don t keep asking the show secretary the show order. Keep all your animals ringside to speed up the show. Stay in the ring after your animals are judged until the ring steward has recorded all the placings and the ribbons are handed out unless the judge excuses you. After you show your animals: If your animals place first or second, keep them ringside. They have to come back for the judging of Grand and Reserve Grand Champion. If more than one of your animals needs to go back in for this class, arrange for help showing them. If you win either Grand Champion or Reserve Grand Champion, bring the animal to the desk immediately after being placed to have the tattoos read. Bring your registration papers. After the show secretary has entered all the information on the official show report, check it over carefully, making sure all the information is filled in and is correct, and sign it exactly as your name appears on the registration papers We hope this will help you help us to make this show run as smooth as glass. You ll be able to get home earlier, and there will be much less stress and frustration for all involved. If you have any suggestions on running the show, please let us know. Thank you from the Show Committee of Final Fling.
