P2P2 Missions will be returning for their second year of service. Students are asked to obtain a $75.00 sponsorship to assist in paying for the cost of work camp. Sponsorships allow them to support the P2P2 Missions whether or not they are able to attend. Thank You! The of Worship Poolesville to Piketon and Piketon to Poolesville Second Mission Trip Students caravan in private vehicles to Piketon High School where they will be housed again this year, providing the group a place to eat meals and sleep. Their daily routines include an eight hour workday with planned activities and devotional time set aside in the evening hours. Serving brothers and sisters is the purpose of their work. Work will consist of home and yard improvements such as repairing and replacing roofs, building wheelchair ramps, installing doors and windows, repainting and cleanup, etc. We would like to say Thank You to everyone for their caring and support in the benefit which helped to pay off some unexpected medical bills. It is really a privilege to work with great people and we work with some of the best. Again, Thank You All. Jim and Velma ngle Work Camp is a great opportunity to learn more about yourself and others. This year s activities and devotionals will center around the theme of The Heart of Worship. The designation, P2P2 Missions, recognizes the giving that will occur on this Mission trip. The Poolesville, Maryland group will be traveling to Piketon, Ohio to help people in need. We also know that Piketon will be giving Poolesville much more back in return. Please contact Pam Mustard at 740-289-2371 x200 if you would like to help or to a make monetary donation.

Diabetes and death couldn t get her all at once, but could only get a toe, then a foot, half a leg, then some of her fingers Despite pain that Demerol couldn t fix, and wheelchair ramps that didn t exist She fought But one night while she slept death finally caught her, when she didn't couldn t joke her way out of it Now I try to tell people how wonderful they are While I still can recite poetry Before crowds of people And she s here with me Once more Written by: Dr. ita oberts Submitted by: Lynn Holland and Cindy Balzer Youth mployment and Training Program Awarded Monies Community Action Committee of Pike County, Inc. mployment & Training Department has been awarded monies from the Pike County Department of Job & Family Services for a Youth mployment Training Program. Page 3 XCLLNT VIWS FO FAMILY HALTH CNT STAFF We recently completed our biannual Patient Satisfaction Survey for all Family Health Center Sites. We scored very well overall. The patients had the opportunity to make comments as well. Last year we had approximately 60,000 encounters throughout the system. A lot of the time all we hear is negative feedback. For this reason we wanted to share just a few of the overwhelmingly positive comments that the patients have wrote. Waverly Site: I think the staff does an excellent job. Keep up the good work Staff is very friendly! xcellent experience! Would highly recommend. I have been coming here for 24 years and have always been taken care of very well. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Piketon Site: I m glad you guys are here for us. You all have comforted my family and me. Thank you. We have been going to CAC clinics for 15 years. We always get excellent care! I m a fairly new patient, but my experience with the staff here and the care has been exceptional. I would and do tell friends an family about the clinic. I am very pleased and satisfied with the care I get here. Jackson Site: Jackson has a wonder staff, everyone from the receptionists to nurses and doctors. Thank you for excellent care. The girls are very helpful. I can t read and they pleasantly help me when I need it. As a mother of four children with no medical insurance, this clinic was a God send and the staff treated me and my children wonderfully. Thank you! W Portsmouth: I come here frequently with 2 granddaughters. We are never rushed through or never long waits. Very caring to the little girls! Not equaled by other offices.
