3 Reception or Collection of your Pet Bringing your Pet to the Crematorium You may wish to bring your pet directly to The Pet Crematorium where you can say your farewells in the privacy of our tranquil family room. If you would like to use this service please contact our crematoriums at Durham or Larkhall where you can arrange an appointment to ensure we give you the care and the privacy you need to say goodbye to your beloved companion. 4 Collection of your Pet From your Veterinary Practice Should your pet pass away at your veterinary practice, the practice staff will discuss your wishes, including whether you would like an individual or a communal cremation. This will detail the choice of service you require and the many ways you can have the ashes of your beloved pet returned to you by The Pet Crematorium. Gold Leaf Collection Service Our Gold Leaf Collection Service allows you to have your pet collected from your home or veterinary practice within 24 hours of your telephone call, seven days a week. If you require the services of The Pet Crematorium in the evening or at the weekend please call the main number and you will automatically be transferred to the member of staff on call who will help and advise you on all of our services.

5 Equine Cremation Services The Pet Crematorium offers an equine cremation service for both communal and individual cremations. We will collect your horse or pony and carry them with dignity in our specialist vehicles. Individual Cremations Your horse or pony will be cremated individually, and the ashes returned either to scatter or in a cedar wood casket with a brass plaque. We guarantee that the ashes returned to you will be all those ashes and only those ashes of your horse. Communal Cremations Your horse or pony will be cremated with other companion animals, with token ashes scattered at the Pet Crematorium. A card confirming the cremation can be sent if requested. The passing away of your horse can happen after a long and expensive illness, at the Pet Crematorium we can help you to budget for the service you require by spreading the cost over several months beforehand. 6 Individual Cremations with Ashes Returned Once your beloved pet has been individually cremated, their ashes can be returned to your veterinary practice. If you prefer you can collect the ashes of your pet directly from The Pet Crematorium or they can be delivered personally to your home using the Gold Leaf Collection Service. (1) (3) (2) Ashes in a Scatter Box (1) Our exclusively designed Scatter Box, ideal for you to bury or to scatter the ashes in that favourite place. Ashes in a Dunoon Casket (2) A choice of hand crafted sealed cedarwood caskets individually painted, completed with a brass name plate, available in light or dark finish with or without flowers. Iona Casket (3) A hand crafted sealed cedarwood casket individually painted. Fitted with a solid brass plate for your personal tribute and photograph. (Maximum 10 words, maximum photosize 53mm wide x 57mm high, to be supplied). Available in light or dark finish, with or without flowers.
