Ducks will be used. Bitches in season will not be allowed on the grounds. $15.00 will be refunded for bitches in season and injured dogs with a veterinarian's certificate, provided before the start of the test. Rosettes and certificates will be given to all qualifying dogs appearing in the catalog. Rosettes for WC. CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR WALK-UP ENTRIES. WALK-UP ENTRIES WILL RECEIVE Rosette ONLY. Entry Fees: Mail Entries with Fees: Payable in U.S. Funds to M.J.L.R.C WC... Pre-registered $40.00 Day of Test (walk-up) $55.00 For acknowledgment of entries, please send an SASE, postcard or e- mail address with your entry. Entries close on August 25, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Test Secretary's address. The Test Secretary will do the drawing for running order at this time. Walk-up entries will be accepted up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the test. 2

3 Test Requirements LRC, Inc. WC Test: The dog will retrieve a duck at approximately 50 yards on land. The dog must not be gun shy. The dog will retrieve two shot ducks from water as back-to-back singles to show willingness to reenter the water. The dog need not be steady, so a dog may be held on the line. Delivery to hand is not required but, it is suggested that the area of delivery be within easy reach of the handler. This area will be determined by the judges prior to the beginning of the test. **************************************************************** LAND USE COURTESY: The MJLRC is asking ALL exhibitors & spectators to be courteous while on our training grounds. We should NOT drive or park in any fields, block the roadways, or litter. Remember to clean up after yourself and your dogs! Thank you. THERE WILL NOT BE LUNCH available at the Test Site. Please bring your own food & drinks and don t forget water for your dogs. 4 Directions to Test Site From points East (Bergen/Passaic/NY) Take Route 80 west to Exit 25 US Route 206 north US Route 206 north for approximately 10 miles Turn left onto County Route 618 Fredon Road. (A&B Bagels are on the left) Take CR 618/Fredon Road for approximately 2 miles to the STOP sign. Turn left onto CR 519 (Ridge Road). Test Grounds are on your left approximately 2 miles. From Points West (Warren/PA) Take Route 80 east to Exit 12 (CR Hope Road) Take CR 521 to Route 94 for approximately 5 miles to State Route 94. Turn right onto Rt 94 for approximately 6.25 miles to Hunts Road. Turn right onto Hunts Road and continue for approximately 1 mile. Turn left onto CR 519 (Ridge Road). Test grounds are approximately 1.75 miles on the right. Points South Travel north to Route 80 and follow the directions above. 4

6 Waiver of Liability I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE MID JERSEY LABRADOR RETRIEVER CLUB, its members, any owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the ACTIVITY(IES) and any others who may give recommendations, directions or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or ACTIVITY(IES), and each of them, their directors, officers, agents, and employees (all referred to herein as "Releasees"), FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his or her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREOF ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ACTIVITY(IES), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
