WELCOMES YOU TO THEIR 54 th ANNUAL SHOWS & TRIALS MAT TIME (6:00 PM 9:00 PM) Thursday evening Obedience & Rally Obedience will be found in the Obedience set up and the Conformation in the Conformation area. The cost is $10.00 for 10 minutes. This is a great opportunity to practice with those new Obedience/Rally O dogs. ALL-BREED SHOW & GO - Thursday evening Hosted by the Saskatoon & Area Shetland Sheepdog Association Registration starts at 6:00pm Judging: ongoing Entries $10.00 Dancing with Dogs Saturday lunch break JUNIOR HANDLING - Sunday at Noon Registration will be 10AM 11AM at the Show Secretary table Notes and Reminders 1. Friday and Sunday Group judging will follow breed judging through to BIS whenever possible. No two groups will be judged simultaneously. Should a conflict arise the Show Secretary will determine which Group will be judged first. 2. On Saturday August 26, 2017 all Group judging will commence in the afternoon, followed by Commemorative Awards, and BIS and BPIS. 3. In the event of a conflict a Performance judge will wait for the dog until Conformation judging is done, provided that the Performance Ring Steward is notified prior to ring time. 4. Exercise Pens will be allowed at the discretion of the Show Superintendent. **NOTE: flooring must be covered with plastic or the ex-pens will not be allowed. 5. RV Sites are now Pre-Booked (no parking before 8:00 AM on Thursday). There is NO electricity, water hook-up or water disposal facilities. RV sites must be clean when you leave. 6. There are shower facilities available as well as two dog bathing areas. 7. THE SCOOP-UP BYLAWS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!! When exercising dogs do not use the Park areas. Exhibitors are responsible for any accidents their dogs have in the rings or elsewhere. This is a SELF CLEAN show. 8. The Show Site is set up and opens at 2:00 PM on Thursday. It opens at 6:30 AM Friday- Sunday and will be closed by 11:00 PM Thursday Saturday and by 5:00 PM on Sunday. 9. Dogs will be allowed to stay in the building over night however they will be left at the owner s/handler s own risk. Owner/Handler contact information is to be left attached to the crate in case of emergency. 10. The entire show site is designated NO SMOKING. WARNING!! **DO NOT PARK IN THE CIVIC CENTRE PARKING LOT (WEST OF THE SOCCER CENTRE) OR YOU MAY BE TICKETED** RV PARKING: To be in a designated area ONLY. Please clean up your RV site. NO dumping upon departure. DOG BATHING: 2 washing stations will be available in the show building. AWESOME SILENT AUCTION!!: Don t miss the opportunity to bid on some unique and exciting items!!!!
