ATTENTION; NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE TO UNLOAD ON THURSDAY. Commercial booths will be allowed in to set-up at 12:00 p.m. All times are Mountain Standard Time Exhibitor parking will be limited to the EAST and NORTH sides of the Exhibition Pavilion. Signs will be posted. Exhibitor entrance will be only at the East doors. Dogs will be allowed to enter or exit the building only through the EAST doors. There will be certain areas that will be clearly marked as OFF LIMITS to exercising your dogs. Also, certain waste receptacles will also be marked as OFF LIMITS for disposal of ANY dog waste (pen papers, baggies, feces, old dog food, etc). Exhibitors found not in compliance with this will be excused from the show. There will be plenty of outdoor and indoor exercise areas for your dogs, as well as plenty of designated garbage receptacles for use. The buildings will be opened from 6:00 a.m. and closes at 11:00 p.m. SHARP daily. Concession will be open at 7:30 a.m. daily. Chili Chow Down LDKC is pleased to offer exhibitors Chili and a Bun on Thursday evening, after set up. u There is no charge and everyone is welcome. Rent-A-Ring practice sessions Friday evening 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. 5 minutes for $5.00 Registration will begin at 4:30 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: ANYONE NOT CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR DOG IMMEDIATELY (THIS INCLUDES INDOOR EXERCISE PENS) WILL BE EXCUSED FROM THE SHOWS FOR THE DURATION OF THE WEEKEND. Ladouceur - 32 entries Walk Through for Master Master 4 entries Walk Through for Excellent A & Excellent B Excellent A 2 entries 523,525 Excellent B 6 entries Walk Through for Advanced A & Advanced B Advanced A 4 entries 513,515,516,517 Advanced B 4 entries Walk Through for Intermediate Intermediate 3 entries 510,511,512 Walk Through for Novice A & B Novice A 7 entries Novice B 2 entries 507,509 This schedule is based on 15 dogs per hour for Rally Obedience, and the following for Obedience: Pre-Novice 7 min/dog, Novice@7.5 min/dog, Open 8.5 min/dog, Utility 10min/dog Run-0ffs and tie scores (CKC obedience trial rules 8.9) In case of a tie, the dogs shall be re-tested again by having them perform individually, all or the same part of one or more of the regular exercises. In the case of a tie in Utility, the dogs shall be tested again by performing individually all or the same part of the signal exercise. The original scores shall not be changed In the case of a tie the judge shall inform the exhibitors involved and allow a reasonable warm up period In case of a tie for High in Trial, the dogs shall be tested by performing the Heel Free exercise individually The officiating judge of a trial must judge any run-off for High in Trial. In the event of two or more judges officiating at a single trial, the club shall designate in the premium list which judge will judge any run-off for HIT. Each Judge is responsible for breaking ties in the classes that they judge.
