The Show Superinteent will be in full charge of e show which will be governed by C.K.C.Rules 2. The Bearded Collie Club of Canada will use due care a diligence for e welfare of dogs a exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume liability in e event of accident, or oer misfortunes, to eier dogs, exhibitors or patrons/ 3. If, because of riot, civil diurbance or oer acts beyo e control of management, it is impossible to open or to complete e show, no refu of Entry will be made. 4. Dogs need only arive 15 minutes before scheduled judging time a will be excused each show when not required for furer judging. If a dog is not a tringside after it has been called ree times, it will be marked absent. It is e responsibility of e exhibitors to have e dog at ringside when e dog s class is scheduled for judging. Alterations, Subitutions or Cancellations of any Entry after e Closing Date is prohibited, except moving Class Dogs to Specials or an error in a class entry as per CKC dog show rules. Only dogs which ar already regiered in e Canadian Kennel Club Stud Book, or are eligible for such regiration can be entered. JUDGING After each of e classes have been judged, e winners of each class in each of e Sweepakes events will return to e ring for an overall winner a Be of Opposite Sex to be selected. PRIZE MONEY ALLOCATION All sweepake prize money is allocated by percentage wiin each class. Prize money is depeent on e number of entries wiin a class a paid as follows: 25% BCCC adminiration 25% Fir place in each class 20% Seco place in each class 15% Third place in each class 10% Four place in each class 5%To be divided equally between Be in Sweepakes a Be of Opposite Sex in Sweepakes CLASSIFICATION OF CONFORMATION CLASSES The following C.K.C. classes (divided by sex) will be provided at is Specialty Show: OFFICIAL CLASSES: JUNIOR PUPPY - For puppies 6 mons a uer 9 mons of age on e day of specialty. SENIOR PUPPY - For puppies 9 mons a uer 12 mons of age on e day of speciality MONTH - For dogs at lea 12 mons a uer 18 mons of age on e day of specialty CANADIAN BRED - For dogs born in Canada, champions in any country excluded. BRED BY EXHIBITOR - For dogs owned a haled in e ring by e breeder. Entry may be made by any person who is e owner/co-owner or breeder/co-breeder of e dog. That person mu hale e dog in e class but need not hale e dog for a higher award. OPEN CLASS - For all dogs a bitches. VETERANS CLASS - For all dogs a bitches 7 years of age a over on e date of e specialty. These dogs a bitches to compete for e regular placements, a e 1 place dog a bitch will go on to compete for Be of Breed. The winner of e Veterans Class will not compete for points but go directly into e Be of Breed competition. Spayed/Neutered dogs may compete in Veterans SPECIALS ONLY - For all dogs a bitches recognized as champions in e records of e C.K.C. Lied dogs cannot be entered into e Specials Class. NON- REGULAR CLASSES: NOTE: All dogs a bitches entered in non-regular a unofficial classes MUST be entered in one of e regular classes or exhibition only. STUD DOG - Shall be for a dog a 2 or more of his get. The get mu also be entered in one of e official C.K.C.classes or for Specials Only. The dogs comprising e entry need not be owned by e same owner. BROOD BITCH - Shall be for a bitch a 2 or more of her progeny. The progeny mu also be entered in one of e official C.K.C. classes or for Specials Only. The dogs comprising e entry need not be owned by e same owner. BRACE - Shall be for 2 dogs, of eier sex, or same sex. Bo dogs mu be entered in one of e official C.K.C. classes or Specials Only a should be judged as an identical pair, same colour, size, gait, ride. They mu be haled by 1 person on 1 lead. EXHIBITION ONLY - Spayed or neutered dogs may be entered in Exhibition Only. NOTE - Dogs a bitches entered for Exhibition Only, may only compete in e nonregular a unofficial classes. Spayed or neutered dogs may be entered in Veterans Sweepakes AWARDS OF MERIT - One Award of Merit per 10 dogs competing for Be of Breed. SEXUALLY ALTERED CLASSES: ALTERED MALE CLASS - All sexually altered males, regardless of age will be judged togeer. ALTERED FEMALE CLASS - All sexually altered females, regardless of age will be judged togeer. Winner of each of ese two divisions competes for Be Altered in Breed. 7 8

This certificate mu be delivered to or reach e Trial Secretary before e trial commences. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OBEDIENCE EXHIBITORS There is no limitation on e number of trials at which a dog may be entered as a lied dog, except at a dog which has obtained ree qualifying scores at obedience trials held uer C.K.C rules may not continue to compete at licensed obedience trials held uer e Club s rules until e dog is regiered iividually wi e C.K.C. Foreign born a owned dogs, please refer to Event Regiration Number (ERN) information lied elsewhere. A dog which has won a comparable degree in any foreign country is not eligible for entry in e Novice A class but may be entered in e Novice B class if it has not earned its C.D.degree in Canada. A dog which has won it s C.D. degree in Bermuda or e U.S. or has won a comparable degree in a foreign country may be entered in e Novice B class if it has not earned it s C.D. degree in Canada. Classes will be divided by age of e haler as follows: PEE WEE CLASS - This class is for halers 4 years of age up to 6 years of age as of December 31 of e year preceding e competition year. This class is optional a non- competitive. No placements are to be awarded; only participant ribbons, rosettes a token trophies may be presented. JUNIOR NOVICE - This class is for halers 7 to 10 years of age as of December 31 of e year preceding e competition year, who have not won 6 fir places in e same class wi competition. JUNIOR OPEN - This class is for halers 7 to 10 years of age as of December 31 of e year preceding e competition year, who have won 6 fir places wi competition.
