All Bitches are required to be Vet Checked. A judges briefing will be held before leaving for Test area. Judging Commences Afternoon Session at 1pm Friday and Saturday Night Session at 7:30 pm Friday and Saturday, Note: It is handler responsibility to ensure that they have correct equipment available for their dog and themselves before starting track. s are expected to wear reflective vests and have head lamps (for night tracks) as outlined in the ANKC Rules and Guidelines. As the test locations are not at KCC Park, competitors will need to be ready to follow the judge/steward vehicle when requested. Please note that for safety reasons, Judges and stewards will be provided mobile phone lists for all competitors allocated to them to ensure competitors can be found when needed. Awards Presentations are at the conclusion of all judging each session (afternoon /night). Title Sash & Pass Card for qualifying tests. Special Awards: Excellent Medallions for eligible German Shepherd Dogs receiving an Excellent pass rating. NOTE: Every effort has been made to ensure that competitor s names and dog names are spelt correctly. Please ensure you check the spelling of each and notify the Trial Manager of any errors PRIOR to presentation.
