3 FIXED STEEL DOOR FRAMES TERMS AND CONDITIONS ii / REDIFLEX SALES Possession of this price list does not necessarily constitute an offer by PRODUCTS DIVISION to sell to the holder on the basis of terms described hereon. PRICES & TERMS All prices and terms are subject to change without notice and are F.O.B. Dothan, Alabama. Prices shall be those in effect at time of shipment. Any tax imposed by any city, county, state, or federal law on the sale of articles made or sold by the Sellers shall be in addition to the sales price thereof. Prices do not include any special packaging or crating. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS All orders must be confirmed. All orders will be acknowledged. All orders are subject to the Seller s written acceptance or rejection when received at factory. Each order that is accepted by the Seller at factory will be considered a separate transaction and will be invoiced accordingly. The acceptance of an order by the Seller at factory constitutes a complete and binding contract between Buyer and Seller which cannot be modified or canceled without the written consent of both parties. Accepted orders are subject to all the Terms and Conditions of Sale herein contained. DELIVERY OF GOODS Shipment and deliveries shall at all times be subject to the approval of the Seller s Credit Department. The Seller shall be under no liability for failure to make deliveries if for causes beyond its control such as, but not limited to Government priorities and allocation of material, fires, strikes, Acts of God or public enemy or transportation difficulties. Under no circumstances will the Seller assume responsibility for any damage growing out of, or owning to, any delay of any kind whatsoever, unless there is a specific agreement in writing between the Seller and the Buyer to the contrary. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS All changes must be submitted in writing. When the Buyer requests changes to or cancellation of an order, the following policy will be followed: 1. Changes made to or cancellation of an order may be made at no cost to the distributor at any time before the order is entered and scheduled for fabricating and shipping. 2. All changes made to or cancellation of an order within ten (10) days prior to shipping will incur a $75.00 net charge. All changes are subject to approval. CLAIMS AND RETURNED GOODS All materials are carefully inspected before shipment. Claims for rejected material on account of errors, shortages, or defective material in order to be considered by the Seller, must be made in writing by the Buyer to the Seller within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment. The only guarantee that is given is to replace or repair such materials as proven defective, or to allow credit for their return at the Sellers option. The Seller will not accept the return or materials for credit or replacement without its previous written authority for such return. If materials appear defective, Buyer should discontinue their use and notify Seller promptly so that Seller may investigate. Seller will not allow any claim for labor or expense occasioned by the use of defective materials, nor be responsible for damages beyond Sellers price of the defective material. Merchandise to be returned will be accepted only if such return is authorized by the Seller in writing. Goods returned under such authority will be subject to our regular inspection. If found saleable without requiring reconditioning or further work, credit will be issued at the price in effect on receiving date, or the original invoice date, whichever is the lower, less an amount to be determined by the company (minimum 20%). No credit will be issued on goods failing to pass regular inspection. No returns will be authorized on items fabricated with Special Preparations in this price list. PRICE PROTECTION Specific quotations made in writing by the PRODUCTS DIVISION, Inc., are subject to acceptance only if the placement of orders is within the limit indicated on such quotations. GENERAL Orders should give complete shipping instructions. We reserve the right to ship as seems advisable unless specific instructions are included on the order.

4 FIXED STEEL DOOR FRAMES PRODUCT WARRANTY iii / REDIFLEX The Warranty for Steel Frames manufactured by PRODUCTS DIVISION is to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Products manufactured with galvanized steel are warranted against rusting for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided the finish has not been cut or abraded through the metal. Galvanized steel should be used for exterior applications and where air has a high salt content or in locations with high humidity; see specifications. This warranty is applicable only when the product(s) covered by it have been installed in accordance with the recommended written installation instructions of PRODUCTS DIVISION and with established building practices, have been accorded treatment which is considered good practice in the building industry regarding storage and maintenance, and have been subject only to normal use. Because PRODUCTS DIVISION cannot control the manner in which its products are handled after leaving its premises, this warranty does not apply to the finish or accessories of any product. ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES HERETO ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In the event the original consumer purchaser of any product believes that the frame or any parts thereof covered by this warranty are defective, a letter outlining the alleged defect should be sent postage prepaid to the following address: PRODUCTS DIVISION OF THE DUNBARTON CORPORATION P.O. Box 8577 Dothan, Alabama Any Products Steel Frame, or any parts thereof covered by this warranty which, upon inspection by an authorized representative of PRODUCTS DIVISION, are found by said representative to be defective will be repaired, replaced or, at the option of PRODUCTS DIVISION, the purchase price of the frame or part will be refunded and does not include labor, installation costs, finishing costs, or indirect or consequential damages of any nature. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Especially suited for new construction and light commercial applications: hotel/motels, nursing homes, residential. Available in standard or kerf profiles. page 5 Pocket Frames Rediframe Pocket Frames consist of a one-piece strike upright and a split, two-piece header and upright section. Used primarily to close off an area with minimal use of floor space for door swing. page 12 Borrowed Lites Rediframe Borrowed Lites accomplish a window in a wall effect. Can be manufactured with or without mullions to create single or multi-borrowed lites. page 13 Sidelites Rediframe Sidelites extend the viewing area adjacent to a door.
