14 Handover of prizes for the winners of The Green Action and Shake Hands as a sign of the end of these activities. Conclusions: Community Services activities give very much positiv influence to the receiving area. This activity should be developed and combined with researches, especially to determine success and failure, as well as the real public interest towards this community service activities. In addition, this activity gives a lot of experiences to students and the faculty, to learn more about community activities and needs, particularly those in disadvantaged areas, densely populated and relativ more rundown than other areas. To build a smart city, the city government can not ignore the isolated areas in the city, which occurred because of his position or because it progresses more slowly than others. Conditions in a densely populated area, often different from those in other areas that are more comfortable and orderly. With this situation, it needs greater attention in the management, so that the program to develop smart city acceptable to all communities and useful for all levels of society.
