54 Conclusion (f AUC/MIC) Clinical doses of gatifloxacin, gemifloxacin, and moxifloxacin exceed the f AUC/MIC resistance breakpoint against wild-type S. neumoniae With regard to the prevention of resistance, moxifloxacin = gemifloxacin > levofloxacin. These differences possibly related to structural variations within the cslass.
