Advancement in levels will be accepted in writing no later than 5PM Friday July 10, CHECK IN AND STARTING TIME Early check in will be Thursday evening from 6PM to 7:30 PM. Check in on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin at 7:00 AM. There will be a judge available for measuring at that time. All dogs must be measured unless a permanent registration card, properly completed temporary measurement card or authorized check-in letter from USDAA is presented at the time of check in. Judge s briefings are expected to begin at 7:45 AM each day, with the first class starting at 8:00AM. A FOOD VENDOR WILL BE ON SITE EACH DAY AWARDS Each dog entered will receive a gift. First through sixth place ribbons will be awarded for each jump height in each Starters/ P I class and first through fourth place ribbons will be awarded in all other classes, other than the Regional, Steeplechase, and Team competitions. All qualifying scores will receive a maroon rosette. Championship pairs will be awarded to mini and open divisions; Cat Pairs will be awarded 1st through 4th overall. All dogs earning a qualifying score in Round 1 of the Grand Prix Regional will receive a maroon and white qualifying ribbon(maroon and pink for Performance). The top 50% of dogs competing in each jump height in Round 2( as long as they have earned q qualifying score) will receive a maroon and white semifinalist qualification rosette (maroon and pink for Performance). First through third place rosettes will be awarded in the team overall. First place team members will receive a plaque with patches awarded to all me m- bers of qualifying teams Prize money will be awarded in the Dog Agility Steeplechase as described in this test schedule.

3 CLASS DESCRIPTIONS ( Effective January 1, Two certification programs will be offered at this event Championship & Performance. Competitors may enter both Championship and Performance Program classes for which they are eligible; however, under NO circumstance may a dog be entered in the same Championship and Performance class at this agility test (i.e. standard in both programs). Classes include standard agility, gamblers, jumpers, pairs relay and snooker agility as set forth in Chapters 3 7 of USDAA Rules and Regulations, each of which are conducted at three competitive levels. CHAMPIONSHIP DOG AGILITY PROGRAM The Starters Standard classes shall be for dogs that have not earned the Agility Dog title or a Starters Standard title. Starters Non-standard classes shall be for dogs that have not earned a title in the class being entered (Starters Gamblers, Starters Jumpers, Starters Relay-3 different partners required-or Starters Snooker) or a qualifying score in the equivalent non-standard class at the Advanced or Masters level. When offered separately as Starters and Novice classes, the Starters level classes are for dogs handled by a person who has not previously earned the Agility Dog title or a title in the Performance or Veterans Program with any dog. Three qualifying scores in the standard class from two different judges along with one qualifying score in each of the nonstandard classes is required to earn the Agility Dog title. The Advanced Standard classes shall be for dogs that have earned the Agility Dog title or a Starters Standard title. Advanced non-standard classes shall be for dogs that have earned the Agility Dog title or that have earned a title in the equivalent non-standard class at the Starters level, but have not earned the equivalent Advanced non-standard title or a qualifying score in the equivalent non-standard class at the Masters level. Three qualifying scores in the standard class from two different judges along with one qualifying score in each of the nonstandard classes is required to earn the Advanced Agility Dog title. The Masters Standard classes shall be for dogs that have earned the Advanced Agility Dog title or the Advanced Standard title. Masters non-standard classes shall be for dogs that have earned the Advanced Agility Dog title, the equivalent non-standard title at the Advanced level, or that had previously qualified for entry into the equivalent Masters non-standard class prior to January 1, PERFORMANCE PROGRAM CLASSES Generally, Performance Level I, Level II and Level III are run on courses used for Starters, Advanced and Masters classes in the Championship Program, with the following exceptions: the A-frame is set at 5 6, jump heights are one height class lower as set forth in Notes to Competitors, no spread hurdles are utilized and time standards in the standard, jumpers classes are extended by 3 seconds beyond that utilized in the Championship Program and the pairs relay class is non-qualifying. Eligibility is determined as follows: The Performance I Standard classes shall be for any dog that has not earned the Performance Dog I SM title, the Performance Standard I title, or a qualifying score in the Performance II or Performance III standard classes. Performance I non-standard classes shall be for any dog that has not earned a title in the class being entered (Performance I Gamblers, Performance I Jumpers, or Performance I Snooker) or a qualifying score in the equivalent non-standard class at the Performance II or Performance III level. Three qualifying scores in the standard class from two different judges along with one qualifying score in each of the non-standard classes is required to earn the Performance Dog I SM title. The Performance II Standard classes shall be for any dog that has earned the Performance Dog I SM title, the Performanc e Standard I title, the Agility Dog title or the Veteran Agility Dog SM title, but has not earned the Performance Dog II SM title or Performance Standard II title, or a qualifying score in the Performance III standard class. Performance II non-standard classes shall be for dogs having earned non-standard class, but not having earned a title in the equivalent non-standard Performance II class or a qualifying score in the equivalent non-standard Performance III class. Three qualifying scores in the standard class from two different judges along with one qualifying score in each of the nonstandard classes is required to earn the Performance Dog II SM title. The Performance III Standard classes shall be for any dog that has earned the Performance Dog II SM title, the Performance Standard II title, the Advanced Agility Dog SM title, or the Veteran Advanced Agility Dog SM title. Performance III non-standard classes shall be for dogs having earned the Performance Dog II SM title, the Advanced Agility Dog title, the equivalent non-standard title at the Advanced or Performance II level, or that had previously qualifi ed for entry into the equivalent Performance non-standard class prior to Jan 1, 2004 STANDARD AGILITY A standard agility course consists of a numbered sequence of obstacles and demonstrates a dog/handler team s speed, accuracy and teamwork, Standard agility classes are scored pursuant to Chapters 3-5 of USDAA rules and regulations.* Please note: Effective January 1, 2004 the table count will be five CUMULATIVE ( not consecutive ) seconds in Advanced standard class. NON STANDARD CLASSES All non-standard classes are scored pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 6-7 of USDAA Rules and Regulations Gamblers Class: Consists of a course with no pre-determined route and each obstacle is assigned a point value. In the opening period the handler seeks to accumulate points by performing the obstacles of his/her choice in the time allotted. At the conclusion of the opening the handler attempts the gamble, as a sequence designated by the judge to be handled from a distance, for additional points. Jumpers Class: Consists of a course of jumps and my include a tire and tunnels. Snooker Class: Has an opening sequence of point collection similar to the Gamblers followed by a closing sequence of a set pattern., Roughly parallels the billiards game of Snooker. Requiring the dog to successfully complete a red jump prior to attempting an obstacle designated as any other color. Pairs Relay: Consists of a standard course with one dog and handler running a portion of the course, followed by a baton exchange to a second handler and dog who run the second portion of the course. To be Pairs partners: -Dogs in the Championship program must be from the same height class, i.e. mini or open height class, and from the same level, i.e. Starters, Advanced, Masters. -Dogs in the performance program may be from mixed jump heights and different levels. Cat Pairs will be run on the starters course with modifications to obstacles for the performance program and scored pursuant to starters rules

5 GENERAL AGREEMENT I(we) agree that the Columbia Agility Team has the right to refuse this entry for cause, which the organizing committee alone shall deem to be sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, of the holding of the event and of the opportunity to have the dog participate and/or to be judged, I(we) agree to hold the organizing committee, Columbia Agility Team,United States Dog Agility Association, Inc., including their members, officers, directors, agents and employees, sponsors of the event, and owners of the premises upon which the event is held and their employees harmless from any claim for loss or injury that may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I(we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim. I(we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, appearance, theft, damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes. I(we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for an agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, howsoever such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or have been alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents or any other persons. I further acknowledge that I have read, understand and will abide by the Official Rules and Regulations of the United States Dog Agility Association, Inc. and the provisions for entry as set forth in the Agility Test Schedule of which this entry form is a part. I acknowledge and represent that the information supplied by me herein is correct to the best of my knowledge; if any portion of this information is found to be invalid or insufficient to establish the validity of my entry, such finding shall render by entry invalid in its entirety, for which there shall be no refund of fees paid. 6 NOTICE TO COMPETITORS This trial is sanctioned by the United States Dog Agility Association with the Columbia Agility Team as the sponsor club. Competitors through submission of their entry acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of United States Dog Agility Association rules and regulations and relevant Columbia Agility Team policies, including the following rules regarding entry. This test is open to all dogs at least 18 months of age, including purebred and non-purebred, except bitches in season, dogs suffering from any deformity, injury or illness that may affect the dog s physical or mental performance, or dogs exhibi t- ing signs of aggression. All dogs must be registered with USDAA in order to compete. If your dog is not registered, complete the dog registration form included in this test schedule and submit with entry No collars, leads, food, toys, clickers, or other aids or devices shall be permitted on the course, except as outlined in US- DAA Rules and Regulations for JHP. Safety shall always be the foremost consideration in actions and conduct by handlers at all times. Agility obstacles shall meet the requirements of USDAA rules and regulations. Fault limits may be applied in any class. Any such limits will be announced during the judge s briefing. The organizing committee of an event may refuse the entry of any competitor dog for just cause should the committee views that participation by competitor or dog would be prejudicial to the sport. However, any committee so doing must notify the competitor in writing ( with a copy to the USDAA office) in anticipation of or upon receipt of entry. The notice must include the reason for refusing the entry and a brief explanation of the basis for their decision. The burden of responsibility for appropriateness of such action rests solely with the host group and its Organizing Committee The sponsoring clubs will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any exhibitor whether the result be accident or other cause. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. There will be no refunds in the event that a dog and or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for the dismissal. Refunds will be given for bitches that come into heat after the closing date. A 100% refund will be given for any requests received prior to the closing date for trial entries. A 75% refund will be given for requests received after the closing date to the day before the trial less any expense incurred by CAT for the following reasons: a dog in heat; an injured or ill dog with a verification from a veterinarian upon request; and injured or will handler with verification from a doctor upon request; A family emergency or illness. Checks not honored by the bank do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be a $20.00 service charge for bank returned checks. Amounts shall be paid within 30 days of postmarked notice of returned check if such date follows the event date. Any fees not received within 30 days of notice result in cancellation of event results for all classes for the registration number(s) of delinquent entry/entries. No reinstatement of results is possible, and all awards must be returned within 10 days of notification, or the dog s registration may be suspended pending restitution. Any unpaid fees or shortfalls must be paid prior to the start of the event or the entry is canceled without recourse A Junior Handler, as defined by the sanctioning organization can receive a 50% discount on all runs whether in a junior handling class or in a regular agility class. The GPRC is not included in this discount All competitors through entry at this event waive any and all rights relative to video broadcast of this event. Competitors shall have the right to videotape portions of this event for their personal use only. No portion of this event may be videotaped for commercial or other purposes. All video, broadcast and telecast rights for this event are the exclusive property of United States Dog Agility Association, Inc. Portions of this event may be taped for television. ALL COMPETITORS and HANDLERS HEREBY GRANT TO USDAA and its representatives, agents and assigns, all rights and permission to use or appropriate his/her and their dog s name, biography, likeness, photograph, voice performing persona, or other indica of identity for broadcast, telecast, cablecast, transmission or distribution in any format or media now known. 7 2004 DOG AGILITY STEEPLECHASE LOCAL QUALIFIER This tournament is open to ALL DOGS, regardless of past accomplishments. Scoring shall be on a time plus faults basis with a five-point penalty for each occurrence of a fallen hurdle and/or missed contact, with running the wrong course scored as an elimination as determined under Masters level rules. No refusals or missed weave poles shall be penalized, however, all obstacles must be completed before continuing on the remainder of the course. The Steeplechase is a two-round tournament with emphasis on speed. Each round will be conducted on jumpersstyle courses of different designs, with an A-frame and weave poles, either of which will be required to be performed twice. At a local qualifier the top 25% (minimum 4-12 /6-16 /8-22 /8-26, maximum 16 in each height) of dogs entered in each height in Round 1 shall advance to Round 2 at this qualifier to compete for prize money. Dogs scoring an elimination in Round 1 are not eligible to advance to Round 2 to satisfy the minimum/ maximum requirements based on percentage. Dogs in the top 25% in excess of the maximum allowed to run in Round 2 will qualify for the Dog Agility Steeplechase Championships Event to be held in the fall. Prize money shall be computed based upon 40% of the total entry fees for the tournament class for all jump heights collectively, or such greater amount that a host organization designates for such purpose. Such money shall be distributed among eligible finalists in accordance with prize allocation table available at the event. Four progressive levels of competition are offered to foster advancement in training and to provide recognition for junior handler accomplishments in dog agility. The levels are: Beginners Class: Dog/handler teams not having earned the JH Beginners Agility SM certificate are eligible for entry to this class. Completion of one round within the stipulated time without fault shall earn the JH Beginners Agility SM certificate of accomplishment. Dogs may compete on or off leash (must be stipulated on the entry form) and handlers must complete a 10-question test. Answers will be reviewed prior to the start of the class. The obstacle course shall be comprised of ten obstacles (A-frame apex at 4 6, table set at 12 for all jump heights, pipe and collapsed tunnels and six hurdles) with a standard course time of 60 seconds. Dogs competing on leash jump a maximum height of 16. Elementary Class: Dog/handler teams having earned the JH Beginners Agility SM certificate but not having earned the JH Elementary Agility SM certificate are eligible for entry to this class. Completion of two rounds within the stipulated time without fault shall earn the JH Elementary Agility SM certificate of accomplishment. Dogs may compete with a buckle collar, but must be off leash. The same obstacles and related modifications shall be used as in the Beginners class, except the A-frame shall measure 5 0 at the apex. Intermediate Class: Dog/handler teams having earned the JH Elementary Agility SM certificate but not having earned the JH Intermediate Agility SM certificate are eligible for entry to this class. Completion of three rounds within the stipulated time without fault shall earn the JH Intermediate Agility SM certificate of accomplishment. Course shall include twelve to fourteen obstacles (A-frame set at 5 6, dog walk, pipe and collapsed tunnels, 5-6 weave poles, table (set at 12 /16 ), long jump, tire jump, 4-6 hurdles) with a standard course time of 75 seconds. Senior Class: Dog/handler teams having earned the JH Intermediate Agility SM certificate are eligible for entry to this class. Completion of three rounds within the stipulated time without fault shall earn the JH Senior Agility SM certificate of accomplishment. Course shall include thirteen to fifteen obstacles (A-frame set at 6 0 /5 6 for dogs jumping 8, dog walk, see-saw, pipe and collapsed tunnels, 5-6 weave poles, table (set at 12 /16 ), long jump, tire jump 4-6 hurdles) with a standard course time computed at two yards per second not to exceed 75 seconds.

8 2004 DOG AGILITY MASTERS TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Description: This tournament is open to all dogs, regardless of competition level. A team may be comprised of dogs from any two height classes (e.g., 12 /26, 16 /26, 22 /22, etc). Each individual on a three-dog/ three-handler team competes in four classes of competition standard agility, snooker, jumpers and gamblers choice. Qualifying teams then compete in the fifth and final class the three-dog team relay. Team prizes and awards will be made based upon scores after the five rounds. [Special Note: Each of three handlers and dogs must compete in all five classes; i.e., two different dogs on a team may not both be handled by a single handler. In the event one or more dogs on a team are unable to compete after the first class, the team may not seek replacement(s). The remaining team members may compete in individual classes, but are not eligible for three-dog relay.] Each of the five classes will be conducted pursuant to USDAA Rules & Regulations, except that performance requirements are subject to judge s discretion. The following differences are specifically noted: The performance requirements of the standard agility class and team relay class as specified in Chapters 3 & 6 shall exclude the table and may omit one contact obstacle at judge s discretion. The performance requirements of the snooker, gamblers and jumpers classes shall generally follow the requirements of Chapter 6 of USDAA Rules & Regulations, except that: 1. The jumpers class will include the weave poles and may omit one or more spread hurdles. 2. The gamblers class may include or omit rules normally applied. Scoring: Masters scoring shall apply to all classes in this tournament with the following exceptions: Each Refusal Three refusals per dog or wrong course 2 faults 1/3 of the Class Point Value. Time penalties shall not apply in the standard, jumpers or team relay classes as these classes will be scored on a time plus faults basis for the tournament. Team rankings and placements shall be on the basis of cumulative scores through the five classes of competition. Points will be allocated to the standard team class, jumping class and relay class in the amount of 390 points for the standard agility class, 300 points for the jumpers class, and 450 points for the three-dog relay class. The combined individual performance scores in standard agility, jumpers and team relay classes shall be computed on a time plus faults basis and subtracted from the course point value to determine their final team score for the class. A handicapping system(available at the event) will be employed when computing scores for dogs in the mini division on each team. Points earned in the gamblers and snooker agility classes will be added to the team score, but may be multiplied by a factor to increase or decrease the weight of these classes to the other tournament classes. For example, a team s final gamblers score of 75 points may be multiplied by a factor of 1.5 for a total score of The weighting factor will be posted and/or announced at the event prior to the start of the tournament, once the judge s scoring system has been determined. The GREATER OF the top 50% of teams entered OR those teams obtaining a score that is within 25% of the average of the total points earned by the top three teams after the fifth and final class shall qualify for entry to the Championship event. 9 GENERAL DESCRIPTION 2004 TOURNAMENT RULES USDAA GRAND PRIX OF DOG AGILITY PERFORMANCE GRAND PRIX OF DOG AGILITY WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS USDAA s 2004 Grand Prix of Dog Agility is designed to showcase top competitors in the sport of dog agility and to name an annual national and world champion. The tournament offers more than forty qualifying trials to be held between September 2003 and August 2004 (the current Grand Prix season), six U.S. regional championships, any number of foreign regional or national Grand Prix championships and the World Championship event to be held in the fall. The Regional Championships will be held in select cities across North America from June through August, with each event consisting of two rounds - a semifinal round in which all pre-qualified entrants compete to earn a slot in the final round. Foreign regional and national Grand Prix championships will be held in countries outside the United States where a local qualifier/national championship format is conducted under sanction of USDAA. The World Championship event will consist of a quarterfinals, semifinals and final round. GENERAL RULES Rules & regulations of the United States Dog Agility Association, currently in effect at the date of competition shall apply. All dogs must be registered with USDAA in order to compete in tournament competition in the United States. The following additional rules shall apply: Standard scoring rules for the Masters standard agility class as set forth in Chapter 3 of USDAA rules and regulations shall apply, except that standard course times shall range between 3.50 and 3.75 yards per second for dogs in the 22 and 26 classes, and 2.85 and 3.05 yards per second for dogs in the 12 height class, and 3.10 and 3.40 yards per second for dogs in the 16 height class. The Performance Grand Prix will be conducted under the same guidelines with three (3) seconds added to the standard course time calculated for the Grand Prix. Additionally, no credit for other titles shall be awarded for participation in tournament classes. Local Qualifying Trials consist of a single round on a standard dog agility course; a qualifying score is seven (7) faults or less. One qualifying score is required for entry to a Regional or Foreign National Grand Prix Championship, and two qualifying rounds (one of which may be earned at a Regional or Foreign National Grand Prix Championship) are required for entry to the World Championship quarterfinals. Regional Championship and Foreign National Grand Prix Championships consist of two rounds; competitors receiving a qualifying score in Round 1 advance to Round 2. Competitors placing in the top 50% of each height class in Round 2 with a qualifying score earn a bye in the World Championship quarterfinals. Competitors who place first with a qualifying score in each height class shall earn a bye in the World Championship semifinals. Competitors who place in the top 50% of those entered in each jump height class in the World Championship quarterfinals with a qualifying score shall advance to the World semifinals, and competitors who place in the top 15% (minimum of eight and maximum of twelve) of those entered in the semifinals with a qualifying score (including those who advance from the quarterfinals) earn the right to compete in the Finals against regional and recognized foreign national champions. The dog with the fewest faults after combining course and time faults shall be the winner. Should a tie of total faults occur, the dog achieving that result in the fastest time is the winner. Should dogs have a tie of both total faults and time on course, a runoff shall be conducted on the same or similar course until a winner is determined. a competitor must be entered in a regional championship and/or the World Championship event (as applicable) in the same height class in which eligibility was earned. A person may enter more than one dog in the tournament; however, no dog may be entered by more than one person and no dog may be entered in both Grand Prix and Performance Grand Prix at one event. Any competitor may enter any of the local qualifying trials or regional championship events in North America without regard to geographic location, except that dogs having previously qualified for the World Championship Finals shall be ineligible to advance to additional Regional Championship finals. No competitor, steward, judge or other show official shall be permitted to wear or exhibit in or about the ring any insignia of corporations or associations other than that of USDAA or its national and regional sponsors on the day of the tournament, without the express written permission of USDAA. Competitors must wear specified attire at all events. Such attire, if any, shall be set forth in the Agility Test Schedule, or otherwise distributed at the event. No T-shirts are permitted in the main performance ring at the World Championship event; polo shirts are recommended and shirt-tails must be tucked-in in a neat manner. Similar attire should be worn in Regional championship final rounds.

10 Eligibility & Entry Rules General Eligibility Any competitor who has a dog registered with USDAA is eligible to compete in events in North America. Competitors who reside outside North America and who are not registered with USDAA may be eligible for entry to the World Championship event based upon qualification through local qualifiers established and approved by USDAA for foreign regional or national championships or other criteria based upon their performance in recognized international tournaments or other events having met standards in competition as outlined below for eligibility for entry to the World Championship event quarterfinals below. Competitors qualifying through events held outside the United States must register with USDAA and submit proof of qualifying results prior to or along with their entry to the World Championship event in order to establish eligibility. Foreign entrants are encouraged to submit their proof of eligibility in advance of entry to provide sufficient time for validation. Eligibility for entry into Regional or Foreign Regional or National Grand Prix Championship Events To be eligible for entry to a North American Regional Championship Event, a competitor must qualify by earning one qualifying round with seven or fewer faults in a local qualification event within North America. To be eligible for entry to a Foreign Regional or National Grand Prix Championship event, a competitor must qualify by earning seven or fewer faults in a local qualification event in the country (or region) in which the Foreign National (or Regional) Championship event is held, and have been a resident of that country (or foreign region) for at least six of the previous twelve months as of the date of the event. Eligibility for entry into the World Championship Event. Quarterfinals Competitors from North America must have earned two qualifying scores, one of which may be earned at a Regional Championship event Competitors residing outside North America and not qualifying through competitions held in North America must have earned two qualifying scores, one of which may be earned at a Foreign National Grand Prix Championship, or be a finalist in a USDAA recognized championship tournament outside North America meeting competitive standards of USDAA s Masters classes, FCI s Agility III classes or The Kennel Club (of Great Britain) s Intermediate or higher level classes, or have two or more zero fault rounds in Intermediate or higher level classes in Great Britain or who have earned a title in Agility III competition outside North America as defined in the FCI class framework Semifinals Competitors from North America must place in the top 50% (with a qualifying score) in a Regional Championship final round. Place in the top 50% with a qualifying score in the World Championship quarterfinals And competitors residing outside of North America must place in the top 50% (with a qualifying score) of those competing in a Foreign National (or regional) Grand Prix Championship final round. been a finalist in a USDAA recognized international or national tournament conducted outside of North America, meeting strict competitive standards commensurate with Grand Prix performance criteria, involving at least two rounds of competition. Finals Competitors from North America must have placed first with a qualifying score in a North American regional championship event, or placed in the top 15% of the World Championship semifinals with a qualifying score, subject to numeric limitations as established in these rules. And competitors residing outside of North America must have placed first with a qualifying score in a Foreign Regional or National Grand Prix championship established in a competitor s home country (or other defined region) pursuant to these rules and regulations. BEEN RECOGNIZED BY USDAA AS A NATIONAL CHAMPION OR WINNER OF ANOTHER INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT THAT HAS BEEN CONDUCTED OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA, MEETING STRICT COMPETITIVE STANDARDS COMMENSURATE WITH GRAND PRIX PER- FORMANCE CRITERIA, INVOLVING AT LEAST TWO ROUNDS OF COMPETITION. LOCAL QUALIFYING & REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS SPONSORED BY USDAA Placement rosettes shall be awarded to three places at regional championship events. Dogs with qualifying scores in qualifying events shall receive a maroon & white qualifying ribbon (maroon and pink qualifying ribbon for the Performance Grand Prix). Semifinalist qualification rosettes shall be awarded to those placing in the top 50% of the Round 2. Those first place winners of a Regional Championship competing in the finals at the World Championships shall receive a $100 cash award.
