SERVICES Dog, Cat, Bird & Small Size Pet Boarding Pick Up or Delivery Service Pet Relocation Dog Training Service Evening walk service (SERVE TO BOARDERS ONLY) Now, your dog doesn t have to hold his/her toilet for so long. You can simply book an Evening Walk Service for your dogs. This service is designed for those dogs that are used to do toilet in the evening. Our kennel staff will walk him/her between 19:30-21:30 in the evening. For taking this great advantage, you only have to pay as little as $25 per walk. Playtime service (SERVE TO BOARDERS ONLY) While your pets stay with us, he/she have his/her food and daily exercise as part of the kennel routine care, but your pet may miss your personal contact. You can appoint this service for our care takers to talk and play with your pet individually either at the playgrounds or in his/her room. Play time service booked for twice can get photo service once. Owner can check the photos on our Facebook directly. Dog Training Your dog might have been trained before but need a refreshment, or just want to take this opportunity to let your dog learn to behave well and socialize with dogs or human. Please contact us for enquiry, our trainer will discuss with you to find out how he/she can assist you. You cannot buy a well-behaved dog but you can train one. FACILITIES Boarding facilities setting among total over 60,000 square feet area included the followings: INDOOR SMALL DOG CHALET This cozy feeling facility is perfectly designed to suit most small to medium size dogs living in Hong Kong; there are many windows in this domestic looking house. The glass compartments allow them to see the neighborhoods to keep them company; they can also enjoy their free run as much as they can during daytime in the open area. 2 There is one block of boarding facilities for medium dog. Size ranges around square feet each individual kennel. All these facilities provide direct access to exercise playground (grass or concrete). Half open design allows them to see the activities around the place and provides them sufficient ventilation. MARK 6 This morden-designed kennel has been well-adored by owners and pets ever since it's finishing in spring time 2013.Equipped with big glass windows, the kennel give spacious feeling and not to mention there is abundance of light. Dogs can have sun bath while resting or just check out the beautiful surroundings. Kennel has direct access to grass playground and is full air-conditioned (with heaters in winter time). HK MIX CHALET This chalet is designed for two medium or large size dogs to share. It is fully insulated to prevent heat and cold with build-in air-conditioners. The around the area fencing allows extra security for nervous dogs while they have easy access to the exercise playfield. VIP ROOMS VIP rooms ranges between square feet each individual kennel. These are spacious rooms with open view and fully air-conditioned, direct accesses to open lawn playground. There is sufficient space for any large breed dogs or more than one or two medium-large size dogs to share the same kennel. AIR-CONDITIONED GARDEN COTTAGE DOG MOTEL This is one of the most popular kennels. Each room is 70 square feet large and uniquely designed to let dogs have access to the garden directly. Dogs feel comfortable in the air-conditioned room. When the windows are opened, they can also enjoy fresh air for some of the fine days. EXERCISE PLAYGROUNDS There are 11 exercise playgrounds settled next to different blocks of kennels. Size ranges between 700 square feet to 2,500 square feet. There is either grass or concrete surface with fence around. Your dog will enjoy his/her free run either with other doggy friends or on his/her own. COZY CATTERY This cattery facility is indoors. Your cat can enjoy the exercise playground with access to a windowsill; there is an air-conditioner ready for the real hot days or humid days. A heater is also standing by for the very cold days. BIRD WATCHING CATTERY This is also an in-door facility. The exercise area leads to a balcony. This balcony is safe guarded. Your cats can watch birds stop by the tree next to the balcony. They can also see a lot of activities going on the kennel during the day. There is an air-conditioner ready for the real hot days or humid days. A heater is also standing by for the very cold days. FLEA AND TICK TREATMENT In order to upkeep the standard of hygiene, and to minimize the chance of infestation of parasites. Please note that it is compulsory for all boarder pets to be treated for prevention for parasites. Such as flea and ticks. Owners are advised to treat their pets with either Frontline spray or Frontline spot on before check-in boarding. You are most welcome to use another effective product. However, if other time you need, it only by appointment and different charges will be applied. HOW TO BE A MEMBER If you are existing member, please renew your membership yearly. The renewal fee is $100 per year. *New membership requirement as listed below: 1). Fill in application form and provide your pets effective vaccination record. 2). Pre-purchase $1,000 non-refundable boarding service fees, you may use the fees for your pet s boarding services in five time or more. Maximum of pre-purchase fee of $200 should be used in one boarding period. The membership is effective for 36 months. You are required to use up the pre-purchase boarding service fees within the said period. You may also renew your membership after three years by paying the renewal fee of the year. 3). Please note that you are entitled to board your own pet with us at member price rate. Your friend s pet are not entitle to board with us at member price even though you may make the reservation on their behalf. If you have purchase a new pet, please inform us and provide update vaccination records. 7 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) Definitions a. The Kennel means Kennel Van Dego (HK) Limited. b. Animals means all animals handle by Kennel Van Dego (HK) Limited. c. Owner means legal owner of such animal, and/or agent or other parties authorize by legal owner for handle such animal. 2) The Kennel reserves the right not to provide service to any animals, and terminating the boarding agreement without providing any reason and/or proof to any parties. 3) It s the owner s duty to make sure his/her animals have valid flea treatment, current valid vaccination, such as Rabies, Dhppil and Kennel Cough or Bordetella for dogs. * Dogs to be vaccinated with Bordetella must be at least 7 days prior to boarding. * FVRCP for cats. It is owner s responsibility to provide true information and real records reference. 4) Owner MUST inform kennel if your pet(s) has/have skin problem or other contagions disease, we may seek advice from veterinary for whether to accept the boarding request. 5) Boarding animals will be fed with a standard, balanced diet. Any specially required diet must be supplied by owners.e.g. medications, food that is not included in the standard diet, etc. No reduction in boarding fees accordingly. 6) Minimum charge for boarding animal is two boarding days. 7) These charges cover only boarding, feeding, regular exercising and cleaning of the boarding facilities and exclusive for any other charges, such as veterinary treatment, medications and/or grooming services which may be required during the boarding period. 8) The decision as to whether veterinary treatment is required and the type of treatment to be adopted, it shall be entirely at the discretion of The Kennel s Manager, and all related charges shall be settled by the owner. 9) HKD$200 is required for each booking when making a reservation, and it is non-refundable in case of cancellation. No service will reserve unless reservation fee is received. 10) An animal left at The Kennel seven days after the expiry of agreed boarding period and without direct request from the owner to extend the boarding period and extra fees settled, will be deemed abandoned. The Kennel retains the right at its own discretion to decide the method of disposal of an abandoned animal, The Kennel will not responsible to reporting to any parties about handling such abandoned animals. 11) All pick up and delivery services are extra services due to any unforeseen circumstances e.g. Traffic jam, weather condition, sickness of driver, vehicle problems, etc. The Kennel cannot accept responsibility on any delay of pick up or delivery may occur; the owner shall be responsible for the extra cost involved. 12) I understand that my animal s photos would be post on kennel s Facebook / Instagram. 13) The Animal accepted shall be boarded with The Kennel at the sole responsibility of owner of the animal, and The Kennel shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable in the event that the animal depreciated in value, sustains injury, dies, becomes ill, goes missing or escapes. The Kennel takes care of all boarding animals with professional standard. However, in case of any claim for compensation of proved negligence, The Kennel will take maximum liability of HKD$2,000 relates each boarding pet. 14) The Kennel reserve the right of final explanation, to amended, updates this boarding terms and conditions, please contact The Kennel staff for latest version.
