The MB Spinal Brace (MBSB) is designed to help support cases of cervical, thoracic and lumbar IVDD, vertebral fractures or instabilities. The durable and comfortable neoprene harnesses encircle the patient at the desired locations and are connected by two parallel adjustable metal rods that lay on the lateral aspects of the chest, abdomen or neck depending on particular area being treated. The MBSB supports and restricts the range of motion of the patient in several planes giving the body a better chance of healing. The benefit we all see with the Jorvet laser is the ease of operation as well as all the safety features built in. Staff can start therapy within seconds of activating the unit and the sequence timing is very helpful when one has to keep focus on the dog. Perhaps the biggest testament to the efficacy of the Jorvet Laser would be the Goldens themselves. As soon as their kennel lead is attached by Marie, they know where they re going and they almost pull her to our on-site BARK Hospital, enter and assume the position, ready for treatment.
