4 DOGGIE DAYCARE For those times when you can t avoid human-only activities (like taking the family to the amusement park), The Green Leaf is the perfect worry-free alternative to leaving your dog alone at home. Whether you need a half-day just to run errands, or a full day while the carpet-cleaners are in, you can take it easy, knowing that your dog is in good hands. Our experienced resort counsellors continuously supervise all our dogs, throughout three indoor and outdoor playing areas, with safety and fun as their priorities. Daycare rates begin at $24 for a half day and $37 for a full day, with special discount prices when you buy one of our multi-day packages and a variety of customizable options from toys to nature walks to private playtime. * All dogs must be evaluated by our expert daycare staff prior to participating. Please speak to our concierge desk to schedule your dog s evaluation. For pets who have a hotel reservation, we can schedule their evaluation upon arrival. ** To ensure the safety of all of our dogs, all male dogs must be neutered. Female dogs in season will not be allowed to participate in group play. *** All pets must be up-to-date with the following vaccines: Rabies, DLHPP, & Bordetella. **** All pets must pass a negative fecal test. 4

The Green Leaf Pet Resort & Hotel offers an extensive array of plushly furnished, glass enclosed boarding suites. (No bars for our boarders!) Our 24/7 staff ensures five daily walks for your dogs, as well as a host of additional services and activities. From goodnight tuck ins to afternoon and bedtime snacks, each of our guests is treated just like the family.

21 SPECIAL NEEDS The health of your dog is of the utmost importance to us so the administration of medication is taken very seriously. 22 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What Do I Need to Bring for My Dog s Stay at The Green Leaf? Please bring the food that your dog normally eats at home, bagged per meal. Additionally, please let us know if you switch brands or formulas between visits. Please note that there may be an additional fee for any supplementary feeding instructions. Can I Bring Any Personal Items for My Dog? You may bring one (1) personal item for your dog if you wish, and feel free to shop our store once arriving to add toys and treats to your dogs stay. We do not allow rawhide or balls of any kind due to safety reasons. Do I Need to Bring Bedding or Bowls? We provide bedding and bowls as part of your dog s stay. Deposits A $50.00 deposit is required for each reservation, per dog. A credit card needs to be on file. Regular Cancellation Policy Due to the popularity of our hotel and services we have a guest waiting list as well as a 48-hour cancellation policy. If changes are made more than 48 hours before your dog s stay, your deposit will be returned. No refunds will be given if a cancellation is received within 48 hours of your dog s stay. All deposits during Holiday periods and summertime are nonrefundable. Can I Pickup My Dog After Hours? There will be a late fee of $28 for any pickup between 7 pm 22

23 and 9 pm. Please note that there is NO pickup after 9 pm. Seasonal Cancellation Policy? For the holiday, weekends, and seasonal periods there is a no cancellation policy. Deposits will be forfeited. When Are Your Seasonal Periods? Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, New Years, Winter break, Spring Break, from Memorial day to Labor day.
