An adult was observed flying west towards the nest from 14th Street at 4:24pm. An adult was observed in Perch A at 4:36pm. The adult left the perch and was not seen at 4:45pm. The flight from Perch A was not observed and the eagle was not relocated during the remainder of the observation period. Construction was fairly light and consisted of hand crews framing buildings in Zone B. Work appeared to cease at approximately 4:48pm.
