The fairgrounds where we hold the shows charges us $5.00/ table, so they are $5.00 to use, just to recoup our cost for having them.we must know by Thursday night if you want a table so that they can be reserved! Show Rules: 1) This is an official ARBA sanctioned show and will be governed by the most current ARBA rules. 2) The show superintendent reserves the right to reject any rabbit t showing signs of illness or being in an unclean/unfit condition and may at their discretion remove these animals from the showroom at anytime. Entry fees for these animals will be forfeited. 3) No rabbits under the age of 6 weeks will be allowed in the showroom. The show superintendent may at their discretion remove any rabbit from the show room appearing under the age of 6 weeks. 4) Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian who will be responsible for the child s behavior and damage that they may do. 5) No dogs (except service dogs) will be allowed in the show room. 6) This is a carrying cage show. Rabbits must be in leak-proof carrying cages. 7) While every precaution will be taken for safety, the FRBA, judges, or fairgrounds will not be responsible for any damage, accident, or loss. Entry is made at the sole risk of the owner. 8) All entries must have a legible and permanent tattoo in the left ear. 9) Exhibitors are responsible for getting their rabbits to and from the show table in a timely manner. 10) Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own feed, water, and containers. 11) Show staff only behind the show tables. 12) Abuse toward show staff and judges will not be tolerated. 13) By entering in this show exhibitors agree to abide by these and all posted rules. Any changes or additional rules will be posted in the show room. 14) Only exhibitors are permitted to sell rabbits at the show. 15) By submitting an entry to FRBA, whether by postage or E-Mail, the exhibitor acknowledges that they MUST PAY ALL ENTRY FEES AGREED TO ON THE ENTRY FORM, WHETHER OR NOT THEY ATTEND THE SHOW. 16) There will be no changes made to an entry at the show table. 17) The show superintendent will decide on issues that arise that are not covered in the show rules listed here. 18) Payment must be made before judging begins in the morning. 19) No entries accepted at all once the show begins! 20) The club reserves the right to not accept entries after the entry deadline. Late entries may not be accepted in the instance that the judges have reached their maximum number of rabbits to judge. Contact the show secretary to see if there is room for your rabbits if your entries are late. Please remember that it is your responsibility to read the rules and catalog in its entirety.
