All interested persons are welcome. Exhibitors will be notified by phone or e-mail as quickly as possible following the drawing for entries. The drawing will be executed in accordance with Sec. 12, Ch 1 of AKC Tracking Regulations. A worker draw will be in effect for this test. There will be one worker track set aside for the TD test and one worker track set aside for the TDU test. Once the tracks set aside for workers are filled, any remaining test worker entries will be added to the non-worker entries for the draw of the remaining tracks. There will be no separate alternate list for test workers only. untitled dogs followed by titled dogs. If the limit for entries is not reached in one test at a combined TD, TDU test and the limit for entries is exceeded in the other test, the number of tracks may be exchanged, up to the day of plotting up to a maximum of ten (10) TDs and (10) TDUs. Bitches in season may participate in these tests in accordance with Ch 2, Sec 8 of the AKC Tracking Regulations. This section requires notification to the trial secretary prior to the drawing of tracks. Please notify the Secretary if your bitch is in heat. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Entries not on an official entry form & photocopies of entry forms without Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the official AKC entry form are unacceptable. Entries will not be accepted without fees or signature. Entry fees for alternates who don t participate in the test will be refunded within one week of the completion of the test. Entry fees for dogs, which pass an AKC approved test after the closing date of this test, will be refunded if they withdraw from this test provided there is an alternate to replace the entry and the Test Secretary is notified in writing not less than 3 days before the test date. The safety of the dog is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport. AKC regulations require that all dogs must be on a leash at all times during this test except when crated, or when in a secure ex-pen. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs. Any exhibitor whose dogs create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund will be made of any entry fees paid. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Trial Secretary will add a $40.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned checks. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements of a championship. 3. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name.
