Show Rules: 1. Entry fees, $3.50 pre entry per animal. $6 for late entries. $2.75 fur. All rabbits entered in fur must also be entered in its own breed class. 2. This is an ARA sanctioned show. y the filing of your entry, you indicate your acceptance of all our show rules and the rules of the ARA which govern this show. 3. All rabbits entered must have a readable and permanent tattoo in the left ear. 4. ANY AN ALL ANIMALS SHOWING SIGNS OF ISEASE SHALL E REMOVE FROM THE SHOW ROOM! 5. Exhibitors may enter sanctioned youth shows through the age of 18. All rabbits entered in the youth show must be carried to the table by a youth. 6. Rabbits may be entered in either youth or open but not both on the same day 7. Judging will begin at 9:00 a.m. All changes must be done by 8:30 pm the night before. All rabbits must be in the show room by 8:30 a.m. day of show. 8. Solid bottom carriers only. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing rabbits to the show table as soon as the class is called. Rabbits will be called 3 times. If not on the table after the final call, the class will be closed. There is NO re judging of a class. ALL judges decisions are final. Judge interference is not allowed. Problems and/or questions must be taken to the show superintendent. 9. Only members of the show committee or those asked by the show superintendent to scribe are allowed behind the table 10. reed assignment of judges and judging order is the responsibility of the show committee. We cannot adjust judges, judging order, etc. for every request. 11. EIR reserves the right to substitute judges in any event. 12. Please keep the area clean. No smoking in the building. No alcoholic beverages allowed. 13. EIR, or the owner, agent, or management of the show facility, or any other related organization will not be held responsible for any type of theft, accident, or personal injury to any person or personal property due to neglect or any other cause. 14. There will be a $25.00 service charge added to all returned checks. If not paid, you may face collection charges plus the $25.00 fee. 15. Only service dogs are allowed in the show room. They must be well behaved and wearing their service vest. No exceptions 16. No animals under 8 weeks of age will be allowed in the show room. 17. EIR reserves the right to refuse entries from any exhibitor for due cause. EIR show staff voluntarily puts on this show for everyone s enjoyment. Abuse (verbal or physical) towards judges, show staff, or exhibitors will not be tolerated, and you may be served with a Notice of Trespass if you threaten or are a threat to our staff and exhibitors. All entry fees will be forfeit. 18. Children must be supervised by their guardians. amages by children will be the responsibility of their parents. 19. Please type your entries, either on this form or in the body of the email. Hand written entries allow for too many errors. 20. Please know how your breed is shown. For instance lops are broken down into Solid and roken groups, MR are done by Variety: black or blue or otter or opal etc. If you don t know please ask. It keeps the secretary from guessing.
