All classes are for Open Competition unless otherwise stated. Entries Close Friday 29 th May 2015. SHOW REGULATIONS 1. General. The Show of Poultry, Rabbits and Cavies will be held in accordance with the rules of the Poultry Club, incorporating the British Bantam Association and the British Rabbit Council. All Classes will be held under the Show Regulations of the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association, as far as they apply and the following Special Conditions. The Judge s Decision is final. 2. No selling of Rabbits, Cavies, Poultry of any type or Eggs to take place at the Show. Please note that any eggs laid during the duration of the Show will be destroyed by the Senior Steward. 3. Entry forms please make sure that you complete the correct entry form for the section/s that you wish to enter. Exhibits will be permitted to compete only in those classes and for those special prizes for which they are entered and for which they are eligible. All Classes are for Open Competition except where otherwise stated. All exhibits entered in Classes marked with an asterisk (*) must also be entered in a standard class. A 2.50 First Aid Levy, charged per exhibitor regardless of number of entries submitted is included on the entry form and should be included with your payment. If this is not paid, entries will be invalid. 4. Cancellation of Classes. The Prize Schedule is issued subject to the Orders and Regulations of DEFRA, and classes may be cancelled, if necessary, under such Orders and Regulations. Rabbit Classes will not be cancelled otherwise. Poultry Classes may be amalgamated or cancelled if insufficient entries are received. Separate breed classes for male and female may be amalgamated, or the entries of weak classes may be amalgamated into a Transfer or Any Other Variety Class. In the event of any class being cancelled and the exhibit not being transferred in accordance with the above provisions the entry fees will be returned. 5. Delivery Tuesday. Exhibits can be delivered to the Small Livestock Tent between 4pm and 7pm on Tuesday 30 th June 2015. Exhibitors should use the entrance via Gate E and then park in the appropriate car park. Labels will be sent for all exhibits. Exhibits must be forwarded in an accepted type of crate, basket or box. 2

Delivery Wednesday. Exhibitors attending the Show and displaying a Small Livestock pick up and drop off car pass may deliver through Gate E ONLY. This gate will be manned between 6am and 7.45am on Wednesday only. After delivery the vehicle should be parked in any Public Car Park. (ie. Green Car Park, Blue Car Park, Red Car Park, Orange Car Park, Yellow Car Park). Stock found to be unhealthy on arrival will not be penned and will be dealt with at the discretion of the Association's Veterinary Inspector. The exhibitor will be responsible for any charge/s arising there from. 6. Collection Thursday. All exhibits must remain in their pens or until 5.30pm on Thursday 2 nd July 2015. Entry to the showground can be gained through Gate E only between 5.30pm 7pm, between which times exhibits may be removed. Exhibits remaining after 7pm do so at the owner's risk. 7. Responsibility. From time of arrival to time of despatch or removal, all exhibits will be in the custody of the RNAA, whose stewards are the only authorised persons to handle, pen and unpen the exhibits but they cannot accept any liability. It is a condition of entry that the exhibitor indemnifies the RNAA against all claims for injury, loss or damage to exhibits, equipment and crates. Should an exhibit die, the carcass will be dealt with at the discretion of the RNAA s Veterinary Inspector. 8. Prize Money. This will be paid to winners from 5pm on Thursday 1 st July 2015. Any Prize Money not claimed at that time will be available by collection from the RNAA office within 1 month of the show. Any prize money unclaimed after Monday 3rd August 2015 will be returned to the RNAA s funds. 9. Special Prizes. All Special Prizes offered by Clubs, unless otherwise stated, are confined to fully paid-up members. 10. Juvenile Classes. All juvenile classes are restricted to entries from children under 16 years of age on the first day of the Show. 11. Protests. An exhibitor or member wishing to lodge a protest regarding an exhibit at this Show must do so in writing and submit to the RNAA s office on the Showground together with the sum of 20 before 6pm on the day that the award was made. Reasons for delay must be otherwise satisfactory. If, on investigation, the protest is not upheld, the sum deposited may be forfeited to the funds of the RNAA. 12. Admission Tickets. An exhibitor who is not a member of the RNAA, but who has paid 6 or more in entry fees excluding first aid levy will receive a ticket that will admit to the Show on one day only, free of charge. Please note that tickets will be limited to one per exhibitor subject to entries. Any further tickets should be purchased in advance or on the gate on Show days. 13. Entry Forms should be returned no later than Friday 29 th May 2015. All entry forms must be accompanied by the appropriate fees and a SAE (with 2 X 1 st class stamps please).
