This year s Poultry Judge will be Mr. Troy Laroche from Georgetown, Ontario There will be a presentation of ribbons to the winners in Sections 45 55 at 1:00 PM, Sunday, June 11 th. 1. All entries must be in the office of the Secretary on or before May 26th, 2017. The right is reserved to accept or refuse any entry. 2. Entries must be made on the regular form, which will be found with the prize list or will be provided by the Secretary on application. Specific breed and variety for each entry must be stated on the form. 3. Birds and animals entered must be in place by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 8 th, and may not be removed until after 3:00 p.m., Sunday, June 11 th. Exhibitors who remove birds or animals before the deadline without permission will forfeit ALL prize awards. Entries may also be benched on Friday, June 9 th, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. 4. Entry fees are $2.00 per entry (taxes included). Entry fees will not be refunded. Entries received after May 26th will be charged double. 5. Poultry will be judged according to the American Standard of Perfection. 6. Poultry coops provided free; feed and water also furnished free. 7. No exhibits will be admitted unless entry has been made. Official entry tickets must not be removed from cages. 8. Where two or more of the same variety or sex are being shown, leg bands should be used to avoid mistake. 9. Judging will start at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 10 th. 10. All specimens must be bona fide property of exhibitor and an exhibitor may not lift more than 2 prizes in any class. 11. The judge maintains the privilege of withholding a prize in any class where he feels that there is no specimen sufficiently qualified to receive it. 12. All exhibits entered at owner s own risk. 13. No owner identification of any kind to be placed on exhibits until judging is finished. SECTION 55 Specialty Egg & Poultry Show This year we will be having a clutch of 6 egg show. Eggs will be judged on size, uniformity and appearance of shell. Eggs submitted must not come from a store.
