A Message from our Chairman Dear friends and fellow aquarists, For several reasons, I am happy to welcome you to the FBAS Middlesex Show once more. Firstly, the venue the same venue for the FBAS Assembly meetings - has been refurbished, since the fire damage which kept it out of commission for so long, and offers excellent facilities for exhibitors and visitors. Secondly, in these times of decreasing Society numbers, we are delighted that we can again offer an Open Show within the London area so that the hobby can be brought to the attention of the public. This year s FBAS Championship Trophy Classes are G (Catfish) and O s-y (female Guppies) plus there are also Tetra s Best Pair and Best Breeder awards to be won, two Classes for Juniors and two Special SHANGHAI Classes. We all look forward to seeing you at our Open Show either as an exhibitor or as a visitor. Old and new friends, experts or novices to the aquatic hobby, all are welcome. Special thanks go to the FBAS Judges, our Advertisers, the Show Committee, our Club Members and the Refreshment Ladies, but especially to you for your support.
