Reading of the Minutes: Wendolyn summarized the August 10, 2017 minutes which was accepted as summarized. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Fall Agility Trial: 70 runs are scheduled for both days of the weekend. The trials begin at 9:30 a.m. Colleen will send out a reminder to everyone who volunteered to work The former animal shelter building will be used for the food There will be baked goods and coffee available for donations The rummage sale will be set up in the training facility 2. Facilities Update: Pat Beauchamp said the building looks great, especially the red doors. She thanked the volunteers for their hard work. Thanks go especially to Chris Nelson who organized the workers for the painting project. Appreciation should go to husbands of members who also helped construct the fence and paint the facilities. Since the paint for the project was $139.32 over the amount of money collected in donations, the club agreed to pay Chris for the overage.

3. Ad in Daily Press: The ad thanking the Foundation ran on September 9, the Saturday before the Agility Trial. 4. Business Cards for BDNKC: Pat Beauchamp shared the new business cards containing the club website. The cards will be left in vets offices, boarding kennels, and the Delta Animal Shelter. The business cards will also be available in the club facility. Thanks to Pat for designing and paying for the business cards. 5. Fur Raiser: If anyone wants to buy tickets to the annual Animal Shelter Fund Raiser, please contact the Delta Animal Shelter. BDNKC will not be reserving a table this year. NEW BUSINESS: 1.
