OUR COMBINATION KENNELS HAVE A HATCH DOOR OPERATED BY A PULLEY, THIS IS OPERATED BY THE OWNER TO ENSURE THAT YOUR DOG IS WHERE YOU WANT IT TO BE AT ALL TIMES. THE DOOR CAN BE KEPT OPEN ALLOWING YOUR DOG ACCESS TO AND FROM THE KENNEL TO THE RUN. ALL ENCLOSED KENNEL AREAS ARE VENTED.
ALL OUR KENNELS CAN BE MANUFACTURED IN A VARIETY OF COLOURS, PLEASE ASK BEFORE ORDERING. OUR STANDARD KENNELS ARE SUPPLIED IN BROWN. KENNELS ARE SUPPLIED IN SECTIONS AND ARE EASILY ERECTED, HOWEVER, IF YOU FEEL YOU WOULD LIKE AN EXPERT WE WILL BE HAPPY TO COME ALONG AND BUILD YOUR KENNEL. Terms and Conditions of Sale These terms and conditions govern all contracts entered into by The Kennel Company for the supply and sale of goods and services. Any order given to The Kennel Company shall be deemed to constitute an agreement which will be bound by these terms and conditions. No variations of these terms and conditions shall be of any effect unless prior agreement by The Kennel Company in writing. Description Of Goods The company brochure and any elevated drawings serve as a guide only and do not form any contract. The company reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notice. Plastic is a man made product and can be susceptible to expansion and contraction in certain conditions and we cannot be held responsible for any movement of the panels after erection. Bases & Installations If you require us to erect your kennel(s) it is your responsibility to ensure that the foundation/base which your kennel will be fitted upon is flat and level. The Kennel Company will not be held responsible for any defects caused by an unsatisfactory foundation. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that suitable access is provided to the site. If you require us to erect your kennel(s) we charge 100 delivered and fitted for the first kennel and 40 per unit thereafter. Delivery All our delivery times are approximate. We do our best to meet our delivery times but should any changes occur you will be contacted immediately and informed with a new delivery date. A charge of 75 will be added to your order for any deliveries up to 100 miles from our factory, any delivery over 100 miles an extra charge will be applied depending on the distance. Prices Once we have received your deposit the price will be fixed for a period of three months. Payment All goods remain the property of The Kennel Company until payment has been made in full. A 50% deposit is required upon order before manufacturing can begin. The balance is due strictly on the day of installation. The Kennel Company reserved the right to dismantle and remove any buildings not paid for in full. Warranty All kennels and catteries manufactured by us are guaranteed for a 12 month period from the date of delivery and erection against manufacturing faults. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by wear and tear or failure on your part to maintain them in a reasonable condition, purposeful abuse, misuse, accident or any negligence caused by yourselves or any third party or damage caused by severe weather conditions. Sometimes in severe conditions condensation may occur on the surface of the kennel this is because the materials are non-absorbent.
