Food: Food is available for workers only at these trials. There are several restaurants around the show site. Obstacles: Obstacles will conform to current requirements of the Regula ons for Agility Trials. Warm-Ups: A warm-up area consis ng of a regula on agility jump will be provided for all exhibitors. Ringside: Dogs are not required to be at the trial un l the scheduled me of judging. All dogs not needed for further judging are excused. The owner/handler of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when the class is to be judged. Please help your fellow compe tors, the trial workers, and the judge by checking in with the gate steward well ahead of your run, and being prompt at the line when your turn comes to run. Cra ng: No Ex-pens allowed, cra ng in designated areas only. Move-Up: If a dog earns an agility tle before this event it can advance to the next level of compe on. However, wri en no ce must be given to the Trial Secretary, no later than 6:00PM on Monday, December 4 or at the close of trials on Friday and Saturday, which will be considered the awarding of ribbons for the last class of that day. Move-ups will be added to the end of running order of the class they move up to. Every effort will be made to accommodate handlers running mul ple dogs in the same class. No verbal changes will be accepted. Prize and Awards: Ribbons will be awarded to the 1st through 4th place dogs in each Standard and Jumpers with Weaves class. A green qualifying ribbon will be awarded to all dogs earning a qualifying score. A MACH/ PACH bar and Rose e will be awarded to each team earning MACH/PACH. The club reserves the right to subs tute prizes of equal or greater value. All awards and prizes must be clamed at the show as none will be mailed. Refunds: Entry fees for bitches that come into season and injured dogs a er the closing date will be refunded with a veterinary note presented to the trial secretary (minus $15.00 administra on fee per day). Request for refunds must be made prior to the start of judging. No entry fees will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing commi ee. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by vet or judge, or barred from compe on by ac on of the trial commi ee. Safety/Behavior: The safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rule and regula ons of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstacles safely. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommenda on to assure their dogs are fee of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccina- ons. All dogs present must be on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when using the warm-up jump. Liability: It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitors whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disrup ve behavior may, at the discre on of the Trial Commi ee, be asked to leave the trial site. In such cases, no refund of any fees paid will be made. The Anoka County MN Kennel Club, Fusion Pet Retreat, and its agents, employees, ect. will not assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children.
