D O M E S T I C SUI T E A. D. A. House Cat Study, 2006 $600 2 x 2 x 3 edition 15 shown in wax A visit from a curator friend spurred Bart to cast this miniature of a common house cat. With hours at home to observe two lovely house cats of his own and days on the Mara observing lions, Bart creates images of cats both great and small with the same dexterity and understanding. B. Apple Picker II / Meditation, 2003 $4,000 7 x 10 x 9 edition 8 This piece is a rare example of a work that Bart decided to rethink ; the earlier version depicting a much younger man. This rendering brings to mind a French 19th century pastoral painted by an impressionist. D. Husky, 2000 $20,000 25 x 23 x 33 edition 5 Bart s Husky represents the quintessential working dog, with all of its nobility and vigor.
