FUN OBEDIENCE SCAVENGER HUNT F O R D O G S I N T R A I N I N G T O L E A R N G O O D M A N N E R S
A Fun Training Experience for Those In Begining Dog Obedience Practicing basic dog obedience skills at home can be fun for you and your dog by adding a little creativity. Our scavenger hunt allows you and your dog to navigate around your neighborhood completing as many of 25 fun and imaginative tasks as possible while taking photo proofs of the tasks by following the task's instructions. There is a great benefit for you. Not only will you dog be more obedient to your wishes, you will have a picture history of this training period in your pet s life to share with family and friends. There are only 5 Rules: 1. SAFETY is the #1 priority. If you find completion of the task unsafe in any manner, stop and do not do it. You are expected to obey all laws, written, posted or implied. Your dog should be on leash at all times and the leash must be visible in all photos. 2. This is just a game. Keep these activites simple and lighthearted and by all means, do no harm. A recommended time frame is four weeks to complete the tasks 3.Incomplete work. Any task that is attempted but is left incomplete or is inappropriately solved does not count toward the total of successfully completed tasks. 4.Unsucessful Photograph. Any task that is inappropriately photographed will not count as a successful task. For example: not completing the task as written, i.e. the task says to show your dog on a down stay in front of McDonald s Golden Arches. If your photo is at the restaurant but does not show the yellow arches twould be considered complete but unsuccessful. 5. New Locations are a Must. No task can be completed in the same location as any other task, i.e. only one in your house; only one at one Pet s Mart; only one at a specific street corner; only one at a dog park, etc.
