Hensen Farms Transport Agreement Thank you for choosing Hensen Farms to transport your furry friends. They will remain in our care during the duration of the trip, unless continuing on with another (prearranged) transporter. Providing a comfortable and low stress environment for your critters is our main concern. Every bunny and cavy will have a fresh bed of hay to lay on and chew on during the trip. Eating hay during transport is one way they relieve stress. I provide clean, sanitized carriers for your bunny and/or cavy to remain in until delivery. Feeding, watering and cleaning takes place throughout the trip and when I can find a safe location to do so every day. If the weather is bad (raining, very cold, windy, very hot) we will not take carriers out more than absolutely needed. We will not expose them to bad weather and chance getting them sick. Both are amazing natural remedies. Your bunny and/or cavy will be in an AC conditioned vehicle. When we stop for the evening, they will remain in the vehicle with windows cracked. If we do get a hotel, we are only away from them for a few hours as we try to drive as late as we can and be up and back on the road as early as we can. There will be only two of us driving, so we do need to shut down for a few hours every night. Communication is extremely important to us! We will put everyone we are transporting for and their breeders in a Facebook group chat so everyone can track our progress. After we drop off or pick up from a stop, we will send an ETA of when you can expect us at the next stop. We will update you when we stop to get a bite to eat or are gassing up. Once you have your animal, you can remove yourself from the chat. BREEDER When we pick up from the breeder, we do inspect the rabbit for a poopy butt, crusty nose, dirty ears indicating mites, or for any reason your animal may be unhealthy... WE WILL NOT TRANSPORT ANY ANIMALS THAT LOOK UNHEALTHY TO US. We

will message the buyer right away if this is the case. We can t always get pics of your animal showing proof of why we refuse transport. We will message you as soon as we can get to the phone. We will not wait for buyer to reply to our message before leaving the stop as we need to get down the road to our next stop. IF BREEDER BRINGS ME A SICK RABBIT KNOWING IT HAS ANY OF THE ISSUES LISTED ABOVE, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE TO REFUND BUYERS TRANSPORT FEES. WE WILL NOT REFUND OR ROLL THE MONIES OVER TO A FUTURE RUN. WE STILL TOOK OUR TIME TO PLAN THIS STOP & ARRIVE TO THE STOP AS PLANNED. BREEDERS WHO STILL TRY TO SEND THEIR SICK ANIMALS AND HOPE WE DON'T CHECK THEM OVER THOROUGHLY, WE WILL REFUSE ALL FUTURE TRANSPORT YOU FOR THE SAFETY OF THE ANIMALS ON BOARD. We don t always have time to check ear numbers or sex of the animals; we DEPEND on the breeders to make sure we are getting the correct animals with the correctly labeled feed and/or water. All carriers will be marked with buyers' name and animal information. We will NOT except and deliver pedigrees. Breeder is responsible to deliver pedigrees however they see fit. We ask that the breeder have at least a 2-week supply of food for us to give to buyer. We prefer a plastic container because zip lock bags tend to tear during transport. *If Breeder cancels sale of bunny, or for any reason cannot meet us after transport is paid, breeder is responsible to refund transport fees to buyer. *Please do not bring us any rabbits that have snotty noses, sneezing, goopy eyes, poopy butts, hair dander, dirty ears, or appear unhealthy. WE WILL NOT TRANSPORT THEM, NOR WILL WE REFUND TRANSPORT TO BUYER. *We NEVER know when we will arrive to a stop until the morning of. Transport is very unpredictable and the best we can do is give you a WINDOW. WE ASK THAT YOU LEAVE YOUR SCHEDULE OPEN FOR THE DAY THAT WE ARE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE! *We will only meet at stops along the HWY (Loves, pilot, flying J are examples of preferred meeting locations!). We will try to get as close to you as possible, but you may be asked to meet up to 1 to 2 hours away. *Keep in mind, every time we stop, we have to unload and load cages. We try real hard to meet a few people per stop to avoid bunnies being moved around more than needed. *If any of this will not work for you, please do not hire us for transport. If breeder does not agree with my terms as stated above, please make buyer aware immediately. You're paying us with the understanding we may not know exactly when and where we will meet until much closer to the date of the run. If it will not work for you, WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY... but may (or may not) be able to apply it to any future run.

Buyer When you receive your animal(s), you are responsible for inspecting that you got the correct animal(s) & feed. You are responsible for inspecting the animal(s) for sex, tattoo(s) and overall condition upon receiving said animal(s). Even though we may seem/appear in a rush, we will always wait for you to inspect your animal(s). we want you to be sure you got the correct animal(s) and that there were no injuries to said animal(s) that could have been caused during transport. You have 24 hours after paying us to request a refund. After 24 hours, for any reason you no longer need transport, we may roll the funds over to any future transport, but we will NOT REFUND. We have the right to refuse transport for any reason. If you have already paid, we will refund. Reasons we may need to refuse transport and will refund are: will no longer be coming close enough to your location, but previously said we could, WE WILL REFUND TRANSPORT. Sometimes we have a few people near the same delivery city/state and they cancel leaving you the only stop hours from my last stop. In that case, we will refund and refuse transport. we hate having to do that and always do our best to get as close to everyone but there are times we may not be able to. Please be on time to our meeting spot. We will wait 15 minutes for you (unless previously discussed), then we will move onto our next stop. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY, NOR WILL WE ROLL OVER TO ANY FUTURE RUN. IF BREEDER IS NOT ON TIME, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE TO REFUND TRANSPORT TO BUYER. Please do NOT wait until you get home, or 1 week later, to notify us or breeder with any issues. We will NOT be responsible if your animal gets sick or dies during or after delivery. We provide the best care possible to all animals in our care, however, transport is still a very stressful experience for animals and not all recover from it. Rabbits can bloat or get Diarrhea due to stress. If they die in our care or after you get home, we will not be held responsible. If there seems to be any issues with the animal while in our care, both buyer and breeder will be notified immediately. If you have any questions you can always text us. WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO HELP AFTER SPEAKING TO YOU FIRST. *WE INSPECT EVERY RABBIT & CAVY FOR SIGNS OF MITES AND OTHER ILLNESSES, BUT THERE IS STILL A CHANCE ONE INFECTED GOES UNNOTICED, AND CAN TRANSFER TO OTHER RABBITS IN TRANSPORT. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THIS OCCURS. *WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY FOR THE ANIMAL(S) OR YOUR TRANSPORT FEES. *WE LOVE AND CARE FOR EACH ANIMAL AS IF THEY WERE OUR OWN. WE WON'T SLEEP UNTIL EVERY ANIMAL IS FED, WATERED, AND CAGES CLEANED. YOU CAN REST KNOWING THEY ARE IN GOOD HANDS. REFUND POLICY *Buyer has 24 hours to cancel transport for a full refund after paying me. *After 24 hours, we will apply your funds to a future run. We will no longer refund money for any reason. If you pay us but don't need transport any longer, we will not refund. *We will do everything in our power to get your animals to you ASAP! However, life happens and we do at times need to postpone runs. *We expect buyer and breeder to stay in constant contact with us. If you have paid us and never contact us to work out pick up/drop off locations other than the initial contact and payment, we will not refund your money. *We may have several runs we are coordinating at once, and several more people we talk to daily. Animals can get missed, unfortunately. Please message us if we have not messaged you to coordinate. *WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE A BUNNY RUN FOR ANY REASON. *WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO POSTPONE A BUNNY RUN FOR ANY REASON. *IF BREEDER OR BUYER CAN NO LONGER MEET US FOR ANY REASON, WE WILL NOT REFUND. *IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR TRANSPORT AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT PAY US TO TRANSPORT YOUR ANIMAL(S).

TRANSPORT FEES *Transport fees are required to hold spot for your rabbit and/or cavy. We accept payment via Facebook Messenger, PayPal, or CashApp only. *Transport fees can change with each run. *If it takes us 2 runs to get the animal(s) to you, the fee is 65.00 per animal. *If we have to hold an animal until our next run, the fee is 5.00 per animal per week for care. *If you have any questions concerning our transport policies, please let us know. If we do not hear from you with any concerns, we will assume that you agree with all the above. *Please be on time to arranged meeting spot. We will wait up to 15 minutes, unless discussed otherwise, then will move on to the next spot and will not refund money nor will we apply it to any future runs.
