MG ELISA (Mean) Titer - IDEXX Positive level >1,100 unit Based on Mean titer, at wk 55, Antibiotic and VTM FP-MG group turned positive with 1,197 and 1,205 ELISA unit respectively.
% Positivity of MG ELISA Titer At wk24 and 43, each represent only 4% positivity of the overall samples taken. Hence, this may not indicate the overall flock status. At wk 53, % of seropositive in VTM FP-MG group remained 4% while in Antibiotic group, % of seropositive increased to 8%, this may indicate early sign of seroconversion due to infection few wks earlier. Following this, we could see at wk 55, 40% and 53% respectively in Antibiotic and VTM FP-MG group turned positive, hence confirm the flocks were infected with MG probably at 48-49 wks (assuming seroconversion of MG takes 6 wks)

Conclusion Vectormune FP-MG: is proved to be effective in protecting broiler breeder against MG and preventing Vertical Transmission to DOC. gave better Production performance and Economic Value as compare to Antibiotic treatment. is a perfect alternative for Antibiotic in prevention of MG.
