You will be notified when your entry is accepted via email or text message. Entries close Tuesday 27 th June or earlier if pens fill. The Dubbo Poultry Club will have morning tea and lunch available for a small charge. All birds to be penned no later than 8.30am. Judging will commence at 9.00am sharp. ************************************************************************************************ RULES Dubbo Poultry Club Inc. Show will be conducted under the Rules & Regulations of the EPA of NSW Inc. It is not permissible to remove any bird from its pen after penning unless accompanied by the Chief Steward. Any bird infected by sickness, vermin or disease will be rejected and removed from the pavilion by the Chief Steward. Leg rings must be removed from birds upon penning. All exhibitors are to refrain from talking to, distracting or trying to influence the judge. Judging sticks are not to be used by any person other than the officiating judge. Exhibits will be accepted for penning the day before the show between 3.00pm and 6.00pm. Please notify the Show Secretary if you wish to do so. The greatest care will be taken however Dubbo Poultry Club Inc. accepts no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage arising from any cause. NO For Sale signs to be placed on pens until judging is complete. AORV and AORC Classes- Six (6) or more of a breed or variety will result in the addition of extra classes. (Please state colour or variety on your entry form). It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to supply feed and water to exhibits. Water cups are supplied in the pens. Birds competing in Breed Pairs WILL BE eligible for Special Awards. They will be judged as a STOCK BREEDING PAIR. Eggs laid in the pavilion become the property of the Dubbo Poultry Club Inc. and are under the control of the Chief Steward. Champion Bird of Show and Reserve Champion Bird of Show will be jointly judged by all judges on the point score system and awarded accordingly. ARC refers to Any Recognised Colour; AORC refers to Any Other Recognised Colour; AORV refers to Any Other Recognised Variety (breed). RECOGNISED refers to any breed, variety or colour list in Australian Poultry Standard edition 2 (APS2) or its Addendum.
