Harrop, Mr Mayers, Mrs M Dobson, Mr P Hughes Poultry Club Representatives and Welfare Officer: Mr K Williams CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE EXHIBITION OF POULTRY AND PIGEONS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GENERAL SHOW RULES 1. SPECIAL NOTICE Exhibit must be penned by 9:30a.m. prompt, for judging to commence at 10a.m. 2. All prize money will be paid out on Show Day (except in the case of protests) 3. In classes with less than three entries the Committee may at its discretion cancel that class and return the Entry Fees for that class. As early a notice as possible will be given of any cancellation. 4. Every exhibitor will be held responsible for the correctness of his entries and statements on the entry form. 5. No exhibit of a breed with a class already provided will be allowed to compete in classes scheduled for Any other Variety. 6. All exhibits to be the bona-fide property of the exhibitor at the time of entry. 7. The Society takes reasonable care for the safety of the exhibits, and for any other property entrusted to them but it must be distinctly understood by the Exhibitors of any exhibits and all other persons that the Committee will not be responsible for the entire or partial loss, or damage to any exhibit, hampers or any other property during transit or at the Show, whether arising from accident, or any other cause whatever, nor for any act or omission of themselves, their officers, agents, servants, or others, and it is on this understanding only that Entries and Claims are received, and Exhibitors will be required to hold the Society harmless in the event of any loss. 8. No person may handle, pen or repack any Exhibit without the permission of the stewards in charge. Exhibitors must maintain distance from judges whilst judging is in progress. 9. All exhibits must remain staged until 5p.m. on Show Day when all persons will be required to leave the Tent and only those who present their removal order will be allowed to re-enter. Any exhibitor, agent or servant attempting to remove any exhibit before 5p.m. Unless they have an early removal order, or in any way contravening this Regulation, will be expelled from the tent and will be required to forfeit all prizes that may have been awarded. 10. A steward of the Society will remain in charge of the tent throughout the show, for protection of exhibits. 11. THE SALE OF STOCK IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 12. STRICTLY NO ENTRIES AFTER THE CLOSING DATE AGREED BY THE COMMITTEE. 13. The society reserves the right to refuse at accept any entry without having to provide any reason for doing so.
