If the Canine Companions Puppy is Released Puppy: Puppy Raiser: I plan on adopting the dog mentioned above as my permanent pet. *For those interested in raising another puppy. Canine Companions for Independence policy states that puppy raising homes cannot have more than a total of four dogs in the home, including a Canine Companions puppy in training. I do not plan on adopting the dog. Canine Companions for Independence will find the dog I raised a suitable home. I do not plan on adopting the dog.
