If the affected animal needs medication, the veterinarian will manage the animal s treatment at the exhibitor s expense. The veterinarian must document the treatment in the exhibitor s packet. If any market poultry becomes sick after it has arrived at the Colorado State Fairgrounds, the owner of the bird(s) (or parent, superintendent or State Fair management) must contact a Colorado State Fair Veterinarian for the treatment of that bird.
