There are two ways an exhibitor may comply with this requirement: (1) send a copy of your NPIP status with your entry. (2) Submit your birds to blood testing at the show. Ave. Battle Ground, WA 98604 360-687-4532 2. The entry fees are $3.00 per bird, $6.00 per trio (chickens only). Double coops are $6.00 each. And a $5.00 exhibitor fee. 3. The PNPA is not held responsible for specials and awards donated by individuals and/or specialty clubs. 4. This poultry show will be governed by the American Poultry Association and the American Bantam Association rules. 5. Each entry must be entered in only one of the following Type and Sex/Age categories: Type LF - Large fowl B - Bantam D - Duck G- Goose T- Turkey Sex/Age Category C Cock a male over one year old. (Old Cock, Drake, Gander, Tom). H Hen a female over one year old. Old Hen, Duck, Goose). K Cockerel a male under one year old. (Young Cock, Drake, Gander, Tom). P Pullet a female under one year old. (Young Hen, Goose, Duck). OT Old Trio (Chickens Only) - One cock and two hens over one year old of same breed and variety. YT Young Trio (Chickens Only) - One cockerel and two pullets under one year old of same breed and variety. 6. A display of chickens will consist of at least one cock, one hen, one cockerel, one pullet and one trio (either young or old) all in the same breed and variety. 7. A display of waterfowl will consist of at lease one old male, one old female, one young male, one young female and at lease three other birds of the same breed and variety. The A.P.A. point system will determine the award. 8. Feed and water will be provided for the bird owners use at the show. It is the owners responsibility to feed and water their own birds. 9. Nothing may be placed in or around show cages without the approval of the show committee. 10. The show committee reserves the right to remove any birds showing signs of disease, parasites or sickness. 11. No one will be allowed to open the cage of or handle a bird except the judges, the show committee or the birds owner. 12. Anyone caught faking at this show will have ALL their entries in this show barred from competition and will forfeit their entry fees. 13. Your participation constitutes your agreement to hold harmless the PNPA and the Skamania County Fairgrounds from claims and losses, however caused. 14. The show committee will make decisions regarding complaints or problems not covered by the show rules. The show superintendent chairs the committee.

FEED DONATED BY Food in Showroom Come join us for lunch in the exhibit hall. There will be hot food. Hot dogs, BBQ beef sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Water, etc. available all day long. A Donation of food or cash would help out. DUE TO CONSTRUCTION Potluck Dinner We are having a potluck dinner Saturday night in the main exhibit hall starting at 5:30. Please bring your favorite dish and a serving spoon if needed of your choice of a main course, salad, dessert and drink to share. Bring one of each if you so desire. Paper plates, utensils and coffee will be provided. There will be refrigerator space available. After dinner our judges will make comments and following the PNPA will hold their April meeting.

Richmond, KY 40475 Cochins International Special Meet Master Breeder upon achieving 500 points in no less than five (5) years. One point is earned for every five Cochins exhibited for Best and Reserve of Variety. One point is earned for every five Cochins exhibited for Best and Reserve of Breed. One point is earned for every five Cochins exhibited for Overall Champion (Large Fowl and Bantam competing). There must be at least five Large Fowl and five Bantam Cochins in competition. The points are awarded for the highest win an individual bird earns in its class. A Certificate of Merit will be awarded for the first One Hundred (100) points in any variety. Awards offered by Cochins International will be issued only to persons that are members in good standing prior to judging. Annual dues as follows : Adult or family membership/ $15.00, junior membership (under age 18) is $7.50. Membership includes three newsletters annually, a Breeders Directory, and eligibility for awards at all club meets. All Cochins, Large, Bantams, and Frizzles are eligible for Master Breeder Points. Chick Auction We will have an auction at 3:00 on April 17th. We will have a variety of chicks to auction and if we have donations of adult birds to bid on. Donated birds have come from reputable breeders/fanciers and we thank them very much. If you would like to donate adult bird pairs and/or trios contact Larry Giberson 360-687-4532. If you decide to bid remember that your bid is per bird. If there are 3 birds in a lot it is 3 times the money. Example: 3 birds in a lot at $1.00 bid equals $3.00. Table Space If you would like to sell things at our show you would need to purchase space and or tables. Table and space is 15.00 for a 3 x8 table. Space with your own table is 10.00 for same space. You will have to reserve space by April 6, 2010. Please contact show secretary. This will not be available at show time.
YOUTH AVIAN BOWL The Avian Bowl for the youth to participate in and test their knowledge. All questions will be based on information printed in the APA and ABA Standards. Categories will be. 1. Age 5 - thru 2nd grade. 2. Junior - 3,4,5 grade. 3. Intermediate - 6,7,8 grade. 4. Senior - 9,10,11,12 grade. Sign up sheet will be posted at showmanship table. This doesn t mean that you have to do showmanship to participate in the avian bowl (even though we encourage you to do so). There will be awards for this event also but you have to wait until the show to find out what they will be. This event will be held Saturday at 1:00 where showmanship is held. So get out your standards and start studying!!! PNPA General Member Meeting PNPA meeting will be held Saturday night at potluck in the showroom. For Sale Area PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN PRICES. Sales cages will be available at $10.00 per cage for non members and $5.00 each for members. You may pay for sale cages when you send in your entry or see Ron & Linda Eichner. Only healthy, quality birds should be put in sale cages. NO OVER CROWDING. New Sale Area Space Reserve a 10x10 space for $35.00 FOR non members and $30.00 for members to sell you birds however you want. You have to provide your own table and cages. This space needs to be reserved by entry closing date April 6, 2010. This option will not be available at show time. See Ron or Linda Eichner for your space location.
