IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS GETTING THERE Do not rely on a GPS to get you to the show and trial site, since it may take you to the wrong place. Use the map. Show and trial site is west of Brock Road, Pickering. Brock Road is easily accessed off the 401 or 407. PARKING AND UNLOADING Because of the amount of rain we have had this summer, the ground is very soft. Absolutely NO VEHICLES are to be driven onto the grass. You will need to park in the designated areas and carry your equipment in. CAMPING The owner has suggested that people park their trailers on the grassy area close to the road west of the house. HORSE AUCTION To complicate matters further, there will be a horse auction in the large barn on the property on Saturday. The owner has suggested that we use the area to the east of the barn for parking our vehicles, since the area in front of the barn will have a lot of horse trailers on it. FOOD We have arranged for a food concession providing BBQ d food for lunches both days. They will be set up on the driveway of the house. Please patronize them rather than the food truck which will be on the barn side of the property on Saturday. PHOTOGRAPHY Our photographer, Lori Bozian, is generously donating her time, and will not be charging exhibitors for photographs (which will be emailed after the show). She only asks that you give her credit when using her photographs. In lieu of paying for your photos, we are asking for a minimum donation of $10.00 (cash or cheque) for each dog photographed. All funds collected will be sent to the Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund at the University of Guelph.
