From Our Table To Your Table Sausage & Egg Quiche 1 deep dish pie shell 1 lb. sausage 1 c. grated swiss cheese 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 4 eggs, beten 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk Salt and pepper to taste Bake shell for 7 minutes. Cook sausage and drain well. Layer sausage, cheeses in baked pie shell. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over sausage. Bake 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Raspberry Cream Pie Crust: 1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers (about 45) 1/3 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. butter, melted Filling: 1 8 oz. pk cream cheese softened 2/3 c. confectioners sugar 2 T. orange liqueur 1 t. vanilla extract 1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped Topping: 1 c. sugar 3 T. cornstarch 3 T. water 2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, divided Combine the wafer crumbs, pecans and butter. Press onto the bottom & up sides of greased 9 in. pie plate. In lrg. Bowl, beat cr. Cheese, conf. sugar, liqueur and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread into crust. Chill until served. In saucepan, combine sugar & cornstarch; stir in water & 1 1/2 c. raspberries. Bring to boil; cook & stir for 2 mins or until thick. Transfer to bowl; refrigerate until chilled. Once chilled spread over pie and serve. Grape Salad 16 oz. sour cream 16 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar Couple drops of pure vanilla 4 lbs. green seedless grapes 4 lbs. red seedless grapes 4 c. pecans 1 qt. strawberries Blend cream cheese and sugar together then add sour cream and vanilla. Fold in all other ingredients making sure to coat evenly. You may also sprinkle with brown sugar before serving. This serves 15 to 20. Enjoy!
