From the North: I-75 South to I-285 East to 400 North (US-19 North). From the South: I-75 North to I-75/I-85 North to I85 North to 400 North (US-19 North). From the West: I-20 East to I-285 North to 400 North (US-19 North). From any direction, once on GA 400 North: Continue on GA 400 North to Exit #11 Windward Parkway. Take a left off the exit onto Windward Parkway and continue for approximately 6 miles. (NOTE: Windward Parkway changes names to Cogburn Road, and then to Hopewell Road during this six miles. The area will go from Retail/Business to Residential to Rural during the six miles.) Go through traffic circle heading north (Hopewell North). Turn left onto Birmingham Road and Shannondale Farms is located immediately on the left at 2395 Birmingham Road. Look for directional club signs at most intersections where you will be turning. Gates of show grounds do not open until Saturday morning at 7:30 am. PARKING: Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the areas designated for parking. Exhibitors with multiple entries will be given priority parking in the yellow lot. Exhibitors with one or two entries will be directed to park in the red lot. Exhibitors with a handicapped placard will be directed to the blue lot with easy access to the rings. Xpens and Pop-up tents are permitted. Main driveway to the show grounds must be kept clear of vehicles at all times under the order of the local fire marshal. Exhibitors that park in the main drive will be asked to move and if they do not comply their vehicles will be towed.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS EACH SHOW NO JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP OR OBEDIENCE IS OFFERED AT THESE SHOWS. No entry shall be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or barred from competition by act of the Show Chairman or Show Secretary. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, tornadoes, lightning, extreme heat must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. SHOW HOURS: GROUNDS WILL BE OPEN FROM 7:30 AM TO 7:30 PM SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14 TH, 2015 AND SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15 TH, 2015. DOGS NOT REQUIRED FOR FURTHER JUDGING WILL BE EXCUSED. DOGS MAY ARRIVE ANY TIME PRIOR TO JUDGING AS STATED HEREIN. No crates are permitted under the main tent by order of the local fire marshal. Any exhibitor who places a crate under the tent will be asked by either the Show Chairman or Show Secretary to remove it immediately. Prizes: Trophies, Rosettes and prizes will be awarded in the ring to the person exhibiting the dog who shall be considered the owner or agent. All claims for prizes must be made in the judging ring before the completion of judging and the Show Secretary or Show Chairman advised of any discrepancy. Trophies and prizes left at the show site will not be mailed to exhibitors. EXHIBITORS ARE REMINDED TO KEEP THE SHOW AND HOTEL GROUNDS CLEAN. Please put all refuse in containers on the show grounds and at the hotel. You are responsible for cleaning up after your own dogs. The club has provided buckets and pooper scoopers. Dogs are not permitted to run free on the show or hotel grounds. The Greater Atlanta Labrador Retriever Club, Inc. or their members or agents assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers or to any of their dogs or property; and further assume no responsibility for any injury to children in attendance. HOST HOTEL: HYATT PLACE 5595 Windward Parkway Alpharetta, GA 30004 Phone: (770) 343-9566 The hotel does accept dogs for a one-time non-refundable fee of $75 per room for the weekend. The Show Committee will record the name of any guest whose dog causes damage to a room, is left uncrated in a room preventing the cleaning staff from entering, is left unattended in a room and becomes a nuisance barker, or is disruptive in any way. All dogs MUST BE CRATED in a room. Plastic will be available to place under crates at the front desk when you check in. This hotel s accommodations are wonderful and we do not want to risk losing them as a host hotel for future specialty show events. The hotel offers many amenities including; Free WiFi, Free Parking, Dog Walk and clean up stations, Fitness Room, Complimentary Hot Breakfast daily, Starbucks in Lobby, Beer & Wine in Lobby Bar, Fresh baked goods and hot sandwiches, and much more. The hotel is also within walking distance of a number of great places to dine or to grab a bite to eat.

HOSPITALITY Hot Breakfast is provided by the Host Hotel in the lobby area. Fruit, pastries, coffee & tea will be offered compliments of the GALRC Inc., for all exhibitors and guests both mornings at the show site. Lunch will be delivered to the show site each day. Lunch was pre-ordered and payment was due at the time entries closed. A LIMITED number of lunches will be available each day for purchase if you did not make a reservation. Evening Hospitality: Friends, exhibitors and guests are welcome to join us following the completion SPECIALTY of BOB on Saturday PRIZES evening at the show site to relax, catch up with friends, meet new friends and to get a bite to eat or drink compliments of the GALRC, Inc.!
