Rev: 1/4/2017 4-H/FFA OUTSTANDING EXHIBITOR STANISLAUS COUNTY FAIR The Outstanding Exhibitor Award is a competition open to any 4-H or FFA member in good standing with their club or chapter. Members will be judged on their participation at the Fair including market show, breeding/exhibition show and showmanship. Also, on the condition of their animals, exhibits and their knowledge of their project. Separate awards are available for Beef, Cavy, Dairy, Dairy Goat, Dog, Horse, Meat Goat, Poultry, Rabbit, Sheep, Swine, Ag Horticulture, Ag Mechanics and Ornamental Horticulture All Outstanding Exhibitor s must enter online by Thursday, May 18 th, 2017 No late entries will be accepted Instructions: Please read all sections of this packet. Submit SEPARATE AND SPECIFIC information for each species. Place all items in a folder and turn in to the Livestock Office. Record Books for 4-H Exhibitors are not required to be turned in to the Livestock office, but MUST be brought to the scheduled interview and can be picked up in the Livestock Office after the completion of judging. Members are required to submit the following no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, July 7, 2017: 1) Form A Application 2) A Two-page story including how and why the project was started, how it is financed, problems encountered and resolved, size and scope of project and any future plans they may have for their projects. 3) Form B-Leave this section blank and turn back in with application. A 4-H/FFA or Fair representative will do all calculations of placing records for placing points.
