ENTRY FEE: $2.00 per entry Entries Close: Friday 15 th September 2017 No late entries will be accepted. Accommodation limited to 144 Large and 236 Bantam entries. All Birds are to be penned by 8:30am Friday 22 nd September 2017. Birds may be penned between 6pm and 8pm on Thursday 21 st September 2017. No rail birds. Collection between 8am and 10am Sunday 24 th September 2017 or Saturday evening as arranged with the Stewards. Entries to: The Secretary, PO Box 124 Singleton 2330 Conditions of Entry No entry will be received from any person disqualified by the Poultry & Pigeon authorities during the period of such disqualification. Should any such entry by accident be accepted, it shall, whenever discovered, be deemed void, and the entry fee returned No bird shall be entered by or in the name of any person who is disqualified, or which is not, at the time of entry, the bona-fide property of such person. No sale for a limited period, or borrowing will be allowed No bird entered in a wrong class will be allowed to compete, and the entry fee in respect of such birds will be forfeited The Committee reserves the right of refusing or cancelling any entry without giving reason for doing so The decision of the judge shall be accepted as final No trimming (except allowed under the standard of or adopted by, the Club) plucking, dyeing of feathers, etc., or any other fraudulent practice will be allowed, and every exhibitor will be held responsible for the condition in which his exhibit appears in the pen All protests will be considered by the Local Committee as soon as possible after the lodgment, and their decision shall be final for this Show, and the Local Committee of the Poultry & Pigeon Club may, if they think it fit, apply the penalties mentioned in the following regulations Whenever any bird has been disqualified, the Committee may also disqualify the exhibitor thereof from exhibiting in future Shows of this Society, and may forfeit all prizes awarded to him. The Poultry & Pigeon Clubs may further disqualify the exhibitor for such a period as they may
appoint, and the bird may also be further disqualified from being entered at any such Show Should any exhibit that has been awarded a prize be disqualified, the next in order in the judges award book shall not necessarily be entitled to the prize, but the matter shall be determined by the Committee Cockerel or Pullet means a bird not over 12 months.
