All exhibits must be penned for judging by 9am on Saturday 3 rd March 2018. Judging commences 9.30am at the Maurie Harris Poultry Pavilion, Saturday 3 rd March 2018. o birds will be allowed to be removed before 4pm on Saturday afternoon, but can be left over night to be displayed on Sunday, they will be fed and watered over night and can be picked up after 4pm on Sunday. The greatest care will be taken of all exhibits, but the Society will not be responsible for any accident, mistake, loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. The exhibits are the sole risk of the exhibitor. A vehicles must be moved off site by 8:30am on Saturday to a designated area. Please be aware that vehicle access will be somewhat limited due to other show activities. Competitors will be asked to judge 2 breeds of Poultry. Then they will be required to do an oral section, explaining the reason for their placing. Placing of competitors will be determined by the steward comparing contestant s results to the judge s results. Judge will explain all of his decisions for the benefit of contestants. Winner may compete at RAS Poultry Judging Competition State Final Championship. A ribbon will be presented for 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd placing at the Goulburn Show. Entries are open to competitors 25 years and under Competitors must be neatly and suitably attired.
