All exhibits must be penned by 8:30am on the day of the show. 2. Judging commences promptly at 9am. The judge s decision will be considered final. 3. No entries altered on show day. 4. All leg bands to be removed before birds are penned. 5. All food to be removed prior to judging. 6. No late entries will be accepted. 7. All care is taken with birds on show, but the club will not responsible for loss of damage. 8. Entry fees of $1.50 per entry must be included with entry forms.
