SHOW ENTRY RULES AND GUIDANCE Entry forms with correct fee to be returned in a sealed envelope to Hutton Cranswick SPAR by Saturday 14 th July ~ ALL EXHIBITS TO BE BROUGHT ON SHOW DAY TO THE EXHIBITION TENT ON THE VILLAGE GREEN FROM 8.00AM UNTIL 9.30AM (JUDGING COMMENCES AT 10 AM) ~ 1. Entry forms must be returned with the correct fee(s) by Saturday 14 th July 2018. Late and/or incomplete submissions cannot be accepted 2. Entry Fee: Adult classes 50p per item, Children s classes free. 3. Children s classes are open to all children who are within the age categories specified in each class on the day of the show. Where no age is specified, you must be under 16 yrs of age on 29 th July 2018. 4. Adult classes are open to any age group, but the entry fee must be paid in all cases. 5. All classes are open, except where stated. 6. Three prizes to be presented in all classes. First prize: 1.50; second prize: 1; third prize: 50p. 7. Only home grown and homemade produce to be shown except where stated. 8. All entries must have been produced this year (after 29 th July 2017). 9. All exhibits must be staged from 8am and before 9.30am on show day. Late entries will not be accepted. 10. No exhibits may be removed before 4pm and all exhibits must be removed by 5pm on show day. 11. Prizes will be awarded on merit even if an exhibitor gains more than one prize in a class. 12. All prize money will be available after judging on the day of the show. Any prize money not collected on the day of the show will be returned to show funds. 13. Whilst every care will be taken of exhibits, the show committee will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. 14. The committee reserves the right to reject any exhibits.
