Exhibitors, through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of NADAC rules and regulations, and agree to abide by all rules in effect at the time of this trial. Please include a copy of the signed agreement with each entry form for each dog. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. After the closing date, NO entry fees will be refunded for dogs pulled from the trial except for bitches that come into season before Thursday of the trial week in which case 50% of entry fees will be returned. A veterinarian statement is required. Checks not honored by the bank do not constitute a valid entry fee. There will be a $30 service charge for bank returned checks. Confirmations will be sent via email; no hard copies will be sent. Please be sure your e-mail address is legible. If you don t have e-mail, please include a SASE with your entry. Dogs must be registered with NADAC and have a valid NADAC registration number before entries will be accepted. Through submission of their entry, the exhibitors acknowledge they are familiar with the rules in the current Exhibitors Handbook. A copy of the current Exhibitors Handbook may be downloaded free from the NADAC website: www.nadac.com THE MANAGEMENT will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any exhibitor whether the result was by accident or any other cause. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care, custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of fees paid will be made. Handlers who are 60 years or older, or who have a disability that restricts mobility, may choose to enter as a Veteran Handler and receive 10% more course time. The Veteran/Disabled Handler division is designed for handlers who, due to age or impairment, are mobility limited and need extra time to guide their dogs through an agility course. When entering as a Veteran/Disabled Handler, you must enter all dogs in all classes for the entire trial in this division and must jump 4 lower than your Proficient, Standard Division jump height. Each class is split into two categories, Proficient and Skilled. In the Skilled Category, dogs must jump 4 lower than indicated by the current jump height table. (No dog may jump less than 4 ). Dogs entered in the Veterans and Junior Handler Divisions must jump their valid vet or JH jump height. Please check your dog's NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately. NADAC records trial results as they are submitted by the host clubs/groups. The individual trial results submitted by the club are uploaded to the www.nadacforum.com within two weeks after the NADAC office receives them from the club. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the Forum by going to www.nadacforum.com and submitting your request. If you find an error in the reporting of your dog s qualifying points or registration number, please contact the host club. The host club is responsible for correcting any errors and informing NADAC. Levels. Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will not be recorded by NADAC for future use. If a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records. As of January 2014, dogs must enter the Veterans Division in all jumping classes after their 9th birthday. After their 12th birthday, dogs must enter the Skilled Category/Veterans Division for jumping classes and Skilled Category for non-jumping classes.

Dogs entered in Novice, Open or Elite jumping 4, 8, 12 or 16 are required to be measured (except Veteran or JH dogs jumping 16 ). Dogs jumping 20, Veteran or JH dogs jumping 16, dogs entered in Intro, and Skilled dogs at any height need not be measured. Dogs with permanent height cards need not be measured. Check-in each day will be at 7 am with first dog on the line at 8 am. You may set up your crating area after 1 pm on Thursday, Nov 29, 2018. Friday: Tunnelers 1 & 2, Regular 1 & 2, Jumpers 1 & 2 Saturday: Chances 1 & 2, Regular 1 & 2, Touch n Go 1 & 2, Barrelers 1 & 2 Sunday: Jumpers, Chances, Regular, Tunnelers, Weavers 1 & 2 A single round of a class will run Elite, Open, Novice, Intro (EONI). Double-run classes will run EEOONNII. We run small to tall each day. This tentative running order may change. Check your confirmation for updates. This is a double-run trial. When 2 consecutive rounds of a class are offered in one day, the same course will be run twice. Handlers walk the course once and run it twice, with a chance to qualify in either or both rounds. Placement ribbons are awarded through 4th place in each jump height for each class, in each category (except Chances which is pass/fail). A qualifying ribbon is given for each qualifying round in each class. New Title ribbons are also available. NATCH ribbons are available; let us know if you might earn a NATCH at our trial. High in Trial ribbons will be awarded on Sunday for Novice, Open, Elite, and Veteran dogs, based on Jumpers, Chances, and Regular scores over the weekend. Our High in Trial awards are generously sponsored by Tammy Hamilton, in memory of her brother David Crowe s beloved rescue dog, Buddy, who passed away last year. Buddy was the best kind of dog, one who gave joy and comfort to his family. We will remember Buddy and the bond we share with our dogs as we award High in Trial honors in his memory. All entries received before the trial closes are $10/run. Trial closes Sat., Nov. 24, 2018, at 6:00 pm. Entries received after closing will be accepted at $15/run until trial fills. Checks for entry fees will be deposited Nov. 26, 2018, which is the Monday after closing. Accepted entries may be changed up until the Monday before the trial at 12:00 noon. E-mail change requests to Jonelle Wolf, joeyinga@gmail.com. No changes will be made at the trial (except that you may add runs until trial fills see below), so please read your confirmations carefully. Move-ups between days will be permitted at this trial. Please inform the trial secretary of next-day move-ups no later than 15 minutes after the end of the last class of the day. If you have entered at least two runs per dog, you may add runs for those dogs after the close date and at the trial. Additional runs for pre-entered dogs will be charged at the rate paid at time of original entry. Entries received after closing and day-of-show entries are $15/run. Cash /check only when adding runs or entering day-

of-show. To add runs or enter day-of-show, you must enter each class before the Elite-level course of that class has been built. All dogs must have a NADAC number. Charles C. While you are in the Walker arena, outside food is not allowed. Coolers of food for your dogs are permitted, and you may enjoy your own food and beverages in other areas of the park, such as your barn stall or RV site. Please keep personal food and beverages out of sight while in the arena. There is plenty of crating available at the arena. The concrete walkway next to the ring is available for crating. You may crate on the dirt outside the ring as long as you do not impede traffic and your dogs are not disruptive. You may use heaters and fans in the park, in the arena, and inside the barns. Heaters must be placed on concrete or asphalt. If you rent a stall, you may place a heater outside the stall on the concrete, but not inside the stall. Food or a small, noiseless toy may be carried into the ring in your pocket in a sealed bag or small container. The container cannot be visible in the ring or within 10 feet of the ring. You cannot indicate to your dog that you have this item on you (by patting your pocket, etc.). Do not remove the container or feed your dog until you are at least 10 feet outside the ring. Our Volunteer Coordinator is Mary Jo Thompson. We d be grateful if you could work at least one class each day. To show our appreciation, we will hold daily volunteer drawings for prizes. Sign up online at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xeftxci6tdmtrmatfp2sckm6qsl1r8qhevdm- PIfgcc/edit?usp=sharing You can also sign up on the volunteer boards during the show. Thank you for volunteering!

A limited number of vending spots, on concrete and under cover, are available. Vendors must be approved before the trial close date. Vendors may vend free of charge unless you require power and/or water (which is available for a fee). Circle of Friends reserves the right to decline a vendor reservation. Email Nikki Kundrun at nikki68@bellsouth.net for vendor information and reservations. RV parking with water, electric, sewer, and showers is available onsite. RV parking is $25/night. Please note: there are twelve 30/50-amp RV parking spots near the arena available to exhibitors (see map). These are not pull-through spots; they have water but no sewer hook-up (there is a dump station in the park). These spots are closer to the arena than the main RV lot, and it would be possible to crate from your RV from these spots. These spaces are first-come, first-served; your check reserves your spot. The main RV parking lot is also available; it is approximately ¼ mile from the arena, so we recommend that you crate your dogs at the arena if you park there. If you request a spot in the lot closer to the arena and all spots are already reserved, you will be assigned a spot in the main RV lot. Do not pull RVs up to the arena to park for the day; that is not permitted by the park. Please fill out and return the form for RV parking reservations. Dry camping is also available for $15/night. RV owners may dry-camp near Barn 6 as well as in the main RV lot (see map). If you wish to use electrical or water hookups at any time during our trial, please reserve a full-service RV parking space and do not sign up for dry camping. Dry campers may use the restrooms and showers in the RV parking lot. Fill out and return the form for RV dry-camping reservations. Primitive tent camping in a field near the arena is available for $5/day. No electricity is available for campsites, but tent campers may use the restrooms and showers in the RV parking lot for no additional fee. Please do not leave running heaters or generators unattended at campsites or anywhere in the park. Please fill out and return the form for tent camping reservations. Stalls in Barn 6 are available for rent at this trial. Stalls are $53 for the four-day weekend (Thurs - Mon). Exhibitors may share a stall. Stalls are 10 x10, lockable, and equipped with rubber mats. Power is available to stalls for no extra fee. You may sleep in your stall for no additional fee, and use the restrooms and showers in the RV parking lot. You may use a pop-up tent in your stall if you wish. Due to fire hazard, heaters cannot be placed on the rubber stall mats inside the stalls. You may place a heater outside your stall in the barn aisle and direct heat into the stall. Do not leave running heaters or generators unattended in the barn or anywhere in the park. Please do not use crockpots or coffee-makers in stalls. Fill out and return the form for stall reservations. If more than one person is using a stall, have only one person reserve and pay for the stall. Your contact for RV parking, camping & stall rental is Carol Greer. Please text/call her at 630-432-2010 before or at your arrival so she can unlock the power for you at your parking spot. Please call Carol if you have questions about your stall or campsite, and especially for early arrivals or late departures.
