Those that pre-send height cards will receive their armbands with their confirmations and then will only need to check-in at the gate prior to their run. If you do not send your card you will need to show it to pick up your armbands or have your dog measured by the judge to be able to pick up your armband. Thank you for your support! DOGS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER This trial is open to all dogs over the age of 15 months that are registered with the American Kennel Club or are registerable breeds that have obtained AKC ILP numbers, except bitches in season, aggressive dogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury, or illness which may affect the dog s physical or mental performance. Mixed breeds and breeds not registerable with the AKC are not eligible to enter. All dogs in the Miscellaneous Class may enter agility. Refer to Chapter 2 of the Registration and Discipline Rules for the listing of registerable breeds that may participate provided they are AKC registered. Miscellaneous Class dogs with ILP s are not eligible to participate (refer to Chapter 3, Section 22 of the Dog Show Rules.) OBSTACLES All obstacles will conform to the requirements in the current issue of the AKC Agility Regulations

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS ENTRY INFORMATION: 1) Closing date NOON., Wednesday, October 29 th, 2008 at the Trials Secretary's address, after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, or substituted. 2) Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, telegraphed, or telephoned entries cannot be accepted. 3) Entrants are responsible for errors on or in their entries. 4) Entries will not be refunded in the event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the show committee or because the dog is ineligible to compete due to incorrect entry. 5) Changes or additional information cannot be made or submitted by telephone. Such information must be received in writing prior to the closing of entries as published in the Premium List. 6) NO entry will be refunded if the show cannot open or be completed due to riots, civil unrest, fire, weather, public emergency, Acts of God, act of public enemies including terrorism domestic or international, strikes, work stoppages, or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of the club, show committee, or show chairman. 7) Returned checks DO NOT constitute a valid entry fee. The club treasurer will add a collection fee of $25.00 to the amount of each returned check. Judging: 1) This show will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. each day. First dog in the ring at 8:00 am. 3) Dogs must be ready for judging. NO provisions will be made for notifying exhibitors or their agents of class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. 4) Dogs need be at the show only at scheduled judging times and may leave immediately thereafter unless required for further judging. Rules and Regulations: 1) Set-ups in designated areas ONLY. The show site is an open area. There will be no tenting provided. Bring shade for your dog. 2) ALL dogs must be on-leash, or kenneled in crates or exercise pens except when being judged. Owners and exhibitors are responsible to make sure that their dogs do not cause a disturbance by nuisance barking or whining. A SHOW COMMITTEE WILL BE CALLED ON ANYONE NOT CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR DOG. 3) The Poodle Club of Las Vegas, El Requa, will not be held liable for any loss, damages, or injuries sustained by any exhibitors, handlers, or any of their property, minor children, and dogs WHATSOEVER and from any cause. 4) These trials will be governed by the Rules and Regulations of the A.K.C. Exhibitors accept full responsibility to familiarize themselves with and abide by these rules. Exhibitors also agree to abide by the rules listed on the back of the entry forms. 5) Only entered dogs allowed at this show. 6) Move-ups will be taken in accordance with AKC s Regulations. Agility move ups must be requested by 6 PM on the Monday before the trial weekend, day to day move ups must be made before the end of each day. Obedience and Rally move ups be requested 30 minutes prior to start of to each trial. 7) The club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 8) All trophies must be claimed the day of the show None will be mailed. 9) A Dark Green Qualifying Ribbon will be awarded to each dog attaining a Qualifying score.. Overnight Parking Is available on the trial site. Cost is $25 per night. Fee must be paid in advance, prior to the close date, with a separate check sent with the entry fees and forms. All vehicles must be self contained. Make check for parking payable to PCLV. You must include your name, address, phone number, vehicle type and length & self addressed stamped envelope for confirmation and parking permit to be mailed back to you.
