Dogs which according to their owners' records have earned an obedience or rally title after the closing of entries for the show may be moved up to the next class, provided this transfer is made in writing and presented to the Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. Refund of entry fees for bitches entered in obedience who come in season after the closing date of this show may be obtained by sending a veterinarian's certificate to the Show Superintendent. Handlers may elect to do a complete or partial run-through of Novice, Open, Utility or request 7 minutes in the ring to practice whatever exercises desired.
