NY STATE FAIR LD TIMERS CLUB SHW RULES This is an official ARBA show and will be governed by the latest rules as such. 1. All pen & Youth rabbits for all shows will be judged by private ear number. 2. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly tattooed in left ear. Cavies not legibly earmarked or tagged with an ear tag will be disqualified from the class. 3. This is a carry cage show. All carrying cages must have leak proof bottoms. 4. Exhibitors will be responsible for carrying their own rabbits to and from judging table. To avoid delays the 2 call rule will apply. 5. All Youth must carry their own rabbits to and from judging table! 6. The ld Timers Club reserves the right to substitute judges if necessary. 7. There must be 6 or more SHWN in each breed before an award will be given, unless specified otherwise. 8. REMARK CARDS WILL NT BE USED. If you would like a remark card to be used during judging, you must fill out your own and bring to writer at the judging table. It is the writer s responsibility to complete your card if you request it. 9. Exhibitor must pick up check-in sheets and verify entry. All scratches will be done at the judging tables. 10. N CHANGES DNE AT JUDGES TABLE unless approved by show secretary. No substitutions, changes, or additions will be allowed in a breed after judging of the breed has commenced. 11. Sick animals will be removed from showroom and entry fee will be forfeited. 12. Anyone causing a disturbance or trying to intimidate a judge will be asked to leave and their entry fee will be forfeited. 13. Returned checks will be charged a fee and the exhibitor contacted immediately. 14. All children must be supervised. 15. No alcoholic beverages in showroom. 16. Flat Ribbons will be given through 3 rd place. All trophies, paybacks, etc. must be picked up at the Secretary s table. None will be mailed. 17. Grooming tables, chairs, and blowers WILL be allowed in showroom. However please be respectful of the space around you. Do not block paths to show tables. 18. bey all rules for safe isles and do not block doors per fire marshal. 19. N DGS, CATS, BIRDS ETC. will be allowed in showroom. 20. All rabbits and cavies are entered and shown at the risk of the owners and/or exhibitors, and while show sponsors are expected to exercise all reasonable care in the handling and protection of the exhibits, show sponsors will not be liable. 8
