No Flexi-Leads are permitted in the building. No Strollers are permitted! The welfare of an exhibitor s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children on each day of the events. Children found running loose will be given a pound of candy and a kitty before being sent home. Rules will be enforced. Violators will be dealt with by Event Committee Hearing. Refunds for bitches that come into season after entries close will be processed by written request from the exhibitor and are subject to a $5 processing fee. Move-ups will be permitted.
