Directions to Show Site From I-75 Southbound: Take Exit 164 US 17/FL-35 S. Go West (left) towards Punta Gorda. The road becomes Marion a one way street. Turn left on Cooper (About 1.2 miles). About ½ mile on your left is the building. From I-75 Northbound: Take Exit 161 Jones Loop Road. Go West (left). Take a slight right onto Taylor and continue North for about 2.6 miles. Take a slight right onto Cooper Street (in front of the high school). The building will be approximately ½ mile on your right. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. BITCHES IN SEASON Entry fee minus $5.00 per day entered will be refunded for bitches that come in season after the close of the trial. The Trial Secretary must receive written notification no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial. ALL DOGS SHOULD BE PRESENT at least 30 minutes prior to Judging. The handler is solely responsible for having the dog at ringside. The steward will not search for you. Exhibitors will be responsible for picking up after their own dogs. Once identified, those who do not pick up after their dogs will be excused from the trial WITHOUT refund. Please help us keep the show grounds and motel grounds clean. CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult and under control at all times. Owner of automobile and contents thereof acknowledges that he/she is in possession and control at all times automobile is parked. Notice: Waiver of Rights All persons attending these dog shows hereby waive any claim for damages against the clubs or their members, superintendents or facility, in the event a motor vehicle has to be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or improperly vented conditions. Anyone parking in show site parking lots must accept full responsibility for damages should this occur. Food will be available for a donation. Transfers After a dog earns a title in Obedience, it may be moved up to the next class in a future trial even though the closing date of the trial has passed. This transfer may be requested if, according to the owner s records, the dog has completed the requirements for the title after the closing date of the trial in which the advanced entry is to be made. The request for a transfer must be in writing and presented to the trial secretary for Saturday, January 28th, by Monday, January 23 rd by 6:00 pm. Transfers for Sunday, January 29th, must be submitted by the close of the trial on Saturday, January 28th. Transfers may be approved, provided the next level class and judges are available and the class has not reached its limit. NO TRANSFERS EITHER MORNING.
