Each judge will be limited to a total of eight (8) hours of judging time per day. Regular Obedience entries will be given first priority followed by the Optional Titling class entries and then Non-Regular class entries. BITCHES IN SEASON Entry fee minus $5.00 per day entered will be refunded for bitches that come in season after the close of the trial. The Trial Secretary must receive written notification no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial. ALL DOGS SHOULD BE PRESENT at least 30 minutes prior to Judging. The handler is solely responsible for having the dog at ringside. The steward will not search for you. Exhibitors will be responsible for picking up after their own dogs. Once identified, those who do not pick up after their dogs will be excused from the trial WITHOUT refund. Please help us keep the show grounds and motel grounds clean. CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult and under control at all times.

Anyone parking in show site parking lots must accept full responsibility for damages should this occur. Transfers After a dog earns a title in Obedience, it may be moved up to the next class in a future trial even though the closing date of the trial has passed. This transfer may be requested if, according to the owner s records, the dog has completed the requirements for the title after the closing date of the trial in which the advanced entry is to be made. The request for a transfer must be in writing and presented to the trial secretary for Saturday, July 8th, by Monday, July 3 rd by 6:00 pm. Transfers for Sunday, July 9th, must be submitted by the close of the trial on Saturday, July 8th. Transfers may be approved, provided the next level class and judges are available and the class has not reached its limit. NO TRANSFERS EITHER MORNING. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes; please designate the particular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles 2. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries foran event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name. Dogs listed in the AKC Canine Partners SM Program may be eligible to enter all-breed AKC Obedience trials at the club s option.
